You're asking for proof, not evidence. If Hauser said evidence then he has provided a huge amount already. Floyd being caught and given a TUE was exposed in 2012 by Hauser, years before Floyd was again caught and had to get another TUE in 2015

Floyd is the golden goose of the boxing industry-sport, just like Lance Armstrong was for cycling. He's making a lot of people rich, just like Armstrong was. Many years after he stopped making money for anyone but himself, the final truth came out about Armstrong. Plenty of people knew at the time, but cycling couldn't afford the truth. Neither can boxing afford scandals involving Floyd and Manny. Maybe Floyd will never be exposed. Boxing is not a team sport and Armstrong demanded his teammates juice creating witnesses. There are many ways you can pool the money to get the program going. Also, this doesn't mean that every fighter gets tested 365 days a year. It just means that you can't hide for 360 days a year anymore. Just knowing that you can get tested 365 days a year would make people think twice. If he is being granted exemptions, and those exemptions are not made public, then why wouldn't he? Because that should raise a huge red flag with USADA? I could see letting one slide under the rug but how can one person be brazen enough to fail three times? GBP/Floyd must have some incredible pull then. The bigger story would be the fall of USADA and Anti-Doping agencies period. The fallback from such a scandal would be crippling.
