My wild guess is he'll be fighting Tim Bradley, a step aside for top rank which will lead to a step aside for Golden Boy for Mares, allowing a Donaire-Mares fight.
I suspect this is happening as Arum recently seemed optimistic for a super-bantam weight showdown.
I dont think Bradley deserves a Mayweather fight, however if it means seeing Donaire-Mares, I wouldnt mind seeing it.
I was kind of getting excited for Guerroro though, I really think that fight would show more of Mayweather's skills.
What are your thoughts?
Bradley
Canelo
Guerrero
Marquez
Maniac's just trying to get reactions but I've seen people be serious and say that.
It's like people are forever in one weight class, even when they move up and show clear legitimacy at the weight :lol1:
Yeah, probably one of his alts.
Nope, I said I'd rather see Guerrero than Bradley
but I'd rather see Trout, Canelo and Martinez than either
Canelo and Trout should be fighting each other.....Sergio has fights with Murray and Chavez lined up this year and is the Middleweight champion.......
Thank God that fight against the flyweight didn't come off a couple years ago.

Canelo - Super Middleweight:nonono:
Bradley - Junior Welterweight
Marquez - Lightweight
Guerrero -Super featherweight
he's fighting the superfeatherweight
So you're calling a jr middleweight a super middleweight & a welterweight a super featherweight??
Last I checked 154 was either super welter or jr middle.........
And 135 is simply known as lightweight.
It will almost certainly be Guerrero. Floyd is not going to fight a young undefeated hard hitting jr middleweight in my opinion and he won't fight a guy promoted by Arum. He won't fight Marquez because he has seen how much better Marquez is now at welterweight. He knows he can't do better against Marquez than he did in the first fight, only worse so why fight a stronger Marquez?
It will be Canelo if he's only fighting once this year which 80% he will do. But if he' really fighting twice I think it will be Guerrero; I just don't see him fighting Bradley. Let me get this straight though Floyd is picking on a Super Featherweight even though that's where he started also and most would say was his best weightclass. And he's a career Welterweight with only 7 of his 43 career fights there I understand that logic.
April??you mean May right?
superfeatherweight??he is the interim WBC ww champ..you know fighters do move up right??
lol,ownage
Armstrong wasn't a middleweight, and Roy wasn't a Heavyweight
and ownage? how If I didn't say that?
oh wait it's a Floyd fan ina circle jerk with another Floyd fan... no facts are actually needed
I think more likely it will be Guerrero in April and Canelo in Sept. It just doesn't make sense to fight Bradley.

Didn't you just say yesterday that Guerrero was the most deserving of a Mayweather fight at welterweight?

I'd give like a 70% chance that it's Guerrero....a 25% chance it's Bradley....and a 5% chance it's Canelo.
Guerrero seems logical and legit, he's a top ranked Welterweight. It makes sense.
Bradley also makes sense, though his resume at 147 is ehhh, he has a solid resume of other wins and is clearly a top fighter around Floyd's weight.
I'd be good with both of those.
Canelo, I doubt it happens in May, more likely to happen in September or May of next year instead. I think Floyd's waiting for Canelo to actually get a good win or two first.
