Why hasn't Richard Abril been.....

Why has'nt Richard Abril been promoted to full WBA LW champ since he is the Interim Champ? The WBC & WBO both promote their interim champs to full champs once the title has been vacated, why doesnt the WBA follow suit?

they got 4 now....SUPER CHamp, REG Champ, Interim Champ and now the Champ in Recess Meh, that's all of them, that's just when they want to strip them but add a nice ring to it.

The WBA loves to have multiple champions in a weight class, other bodies do this also but the WBA elevated it to an art form. Yea with the SUPER CHamp, REG Champ, Interim Champ and now the Champ in Recess..... WBC aint to far behind with Full Camp, Interim champ, Champ in Recess, Emertius Champ, Diamond Champ........ ..:RRONTFL::RRONTFL:

Cause they'd rather sell it, I mean charge sanctioning fees for it. True.... He's fighting for the WBA title against Bogere in March. I wouldnt be surprised if they charged him of double fee for fighting for the vacant belt and going in as Interim Champ:RRONTFL:
