Spinks could potentially beat Roy at both he and lhw. He is the greatest lhw of the last 20 years and possibly the greatest all time.

Imagine a round-robin with Spinks/Jones/Foster/Charles at 175. Some great matchups. Add Moore to it too, even though we know he would not fare well versus Ezzard.

Spinks, Roy had 1 fight at HW. Ruiz was a punch hug, punch grab, punch hug..that was how he fought. Spinks could actually box.

who takes it? mI don't believe that anyone living could have defeated a prime Roy Jones. he was an impossible-to-describe talent. The true sadness about this is that we will never see another like him in our lifetimes.
