Adrien Broner #1 P4P?

I think he'll surpass Mayweather eventually, he has looked impressive, what separates them is Broner's level of competition & his insistence on taking tougher fights. It's early on in his career but he is already making the right noises, I can see him being top 5 p4p by the end of 2013.

Lol, Guzmán is not trash and was in top shape for Allakhverdiev, Gesta is not a bum Vázquez made him look like it (but he does that to everybody), Matysse did beat all those guys ask anybody, and Ponce did beat Broner in opinion of lots of people and hof boxing experts. Broner is the only young fighter out there that looks like he could take Mayweathers place after he is gone. Ward has no chance, because he doesn't have the competition Broner does. I say by the end of 2013, Broner will definitely be on the list even by all his haters. Then maybe another year or two, he's on top and stays there for years with people hating the whole way. lol

Ring has him at 6 now so if hes still undefeated by the end of 2013 he could be Top 3.

Who do you suppose will be the one to expose him? Could be anyone at 140. That seems like the logical step for him and he will lose badly there.

Unless Ward falls off or retires, I don’t see him getting there anytime soon. However I think he will eventually. He’s sitting in a great spot. He has a Gamboa at 135 that will make some noise and and anyone from 140-147 there after. I think he'll spend most of 2013 at 135 and then move up to 140 towards the end of the year. Soon the old guys like Mayweather, Martinez, JMM, Hop, Pac will all retire so I can see the ring moving him up, HBO taking him in with open arms and then he'll headline his first PPV. It's only a matter of time. That's assuming Alvarez doesn't prove everyone wrong about being overly hyped. Could be Ward, Broner and Alvarez fighting for #1. I see a lot of people hating on that too. lol

The earliest I see Broner breaking into the top 3 P4P rankings is 2014. He has to clean out the LW division (Burns/Vasquez/Abril), then beat a couple of the top 140lbers.

How early do you think Broner will reach this feat if at all? Do you think it's possible for him to reach this by the very end of 2013? Early 2014? Do you think he has the potential to reach #1 p4p in the first place? Who does he have to fight to reach this status?
