We know both have monstrous ring I.Q.
One is the P4P in the Pros, the other is among the greatest amateurs.
We know.
My question is, judging from their physicality, which of the two is more athletically gifted out of the two?
Go!
If his amateur career csn also be analyzed then is not fair..cuz rigo have 467 amateur fights with 455 wins 198 knockouts..beat gamboa, mares and many other..us champion in both..amateur and pro...we have to watch more of him in the pro game..I like both fight styles a lot.. epic failure of discrediting. i assume every fighter he "ducked" was a top rank fighter as well
Are you telling me Rigo's win over Donaire isn't better than anything else on on Mayweather's resume? :dunce: Also, Floyd ducked Margarito when they were both fighting under Top Rank and Paul Williams, Tzyu, etc. weren't w/Top Rank not that it makes any difference.
:op:
Perhaps it's because his win over Donaire is better than anything on Floyd's resume. Had Floyd not ducked so many prime fighters maybe we wouldn't be having this conversation. :op:

pound for pound, Floyd. The 130 version of him was a GOD. He has more pop than rigo too. people forget how exciting floyd was before and they're laughing at him using broner.LOL!
Floyd in his prime. EASY call. 130lbs Floyd had EVERYTHING that makes a great fighter. Punching power, speed, brilliant defense, ring IQ, conditioning, etc. And NEVER got knocked down. Rigo's defense is amazing too, but he gets caught slipping too much for my liking. That version of Floyd was always on his toes.
Rigondeaux is crisper/craftier than any version of any Mayweather. Stop being a tard.

I say Guillermo is better.

hmmm.. someone who makes a guaranteed $35M minimum to upwards of $80M per fight vs someone who made a highest payday of $750k..
this is a tough question.
skills pay the bills. :cool2:
is this a joke?ur comparing rigo with 10 fights with the #1 p4p fighter in the world?

rigo is ....if you look at their defense floyd's MOSTLY rely on blocking (and parrying which they both do very well ) compared to rigo slippin punches ...it takes more athleticsm to slip punches than to block punches ......
this over glorification of a 11 win fighter who has beaten nobody needs to stop.
seriously, it needs to stop.
His armature run can be analyzed.

Absolutely.
