Just in case anyone missed it, Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson interviewed Broner last night on the Khan broadcast and he, after giving opinions on Deontay Wilder and Khan, turned straight to the camera and called out Burns, and slated him for taking an easy fight. He also said he wouldnt mind fighting in UK (probably for show but still)...
Warren/Burns time to step up!
Broner converted me with his appearance on brit tv, in terms of his personality. He actually seems like a cool and charismatic dude.
Same hear, i really disliked him before but seem to be warming to him more now.
I'd love to see Broner come over and show the Scottish fans what he is capable of right in front of them, would give him a whole new fan base. 20,000 sell out easily.
I'd expect him to put on a bit of a show and take the W without many problems.

Broner should fight 3 more times at 135.
Burns, Abril, and Gamboa/Vazquez (I bet this fight happens next year).
Gamboa needs to get more fights in him to show he still knows how to fight. He looked pretty poor his last outing. You can chalk it up to ring rust but until he goes out and shows his rust is gone he doesn't deserve to be in a ring with Broner at this point, just being honest.

Makes sense.
These are the 3 fights he needs at 135, then onto 140.
I really hope it happens next.
I read in the paper today that they are in talks but I thought Broner-Abril was signed?
I'd like to see Broner/Burns but not over Broner/Abril. Hell no.
Agreed. I'm glad Broner wants the fight though - if he's actually the goods these are the sort of fights he needs to take on his way up. And yeah, Burns will give him a lot to handle IMO. Would love to see it.

Burns should take the fight as long as it's in the UK.
He definitely should NOT go to the USA where Haymon's shady officials will help Broner steal his title.
Broner can't draw flies in the US anyway, while the fight would fill a large venue in Scotland and be a lucrative PPV.
LMAO at you thinking the fight would last 12 rounds.
I agree, it would be a wicked event though, scottish fans are very vocal.
and despite me being british im a becoming a big Broner fan because of his offensive skills, exciting style and good (not as great as some say) defense. Because of this i want to see his star grow... Boxing needs to replace May and Pac. I think Broner is a future p4p star.
I like him but I know better than to name a p4p star in his early 20's... Very nice to see though. I love his skill set.
I agree 100%.
I don't think Burns will win but I think he'll give him problems.
He's a huge Lightweight with world class stamina and chin. With a good, strong solid jab and tight defense.
I think Broner is underestimating him aswell.
It's an interesting fight in my eyes and I really want to see it.

Burns is a tad underrated around these parts and although I doubt he wins, I'd love to see it because he could potentially expose some of Broner's flaws.

I think Broner will win but I think Burns will give him more problems than he, and many people are expecting.
I'd like to see this next. Either in the UK or in the US.
