Personally, I think he should fight Peterson in March, then go for a Garcia rematch in November/October. Then maybe fight Matthyse and then go up to 147. (Not that I'm saying he would beat the people named)
But for some reason I think Golden Boy might pull a surprise and match him against Lopez in March.
prescott in the UK. peterson and then garcia
then matteysse and become undisputed camp.
amove up to 147lbs and take on flloyd
Nah, Prescott is still a bad idea imo, ditto Garcia and Matthysse for now - at least until he perfects his defense under Hunter.
Lamont Peterson in the UK, expunge that undeserved L, then Tim Bradley or Devon Alexander.
i think gbp will try and make a rematch with either peterson or garcia soon. i honestly don't see no reason for khan to stay at 140 other than trying to avenge his losses. neither garcia, khan, or schaefer will acknowledge matthysse's existence, and guys like alvarado and others are a no-go due to the promotional companies' feud. it would be awesome to see khan go after the 3 guys who defeated him. first prescott, than peterson, and then a final rematch with garcia. who knows who khan will face next though, i wouldn't have even thought about khan/molina as khan's return match. we'll see what happens. but my guess is gbp will try and push for a solid name at 140 or rematch with either peterson or garcia.
Khabib Allakhverdiev
not a bad idea. He's top 10 rated and would give Khan time to learn in another fight with Hunter, and then wait for Garcia or Peterson
if khan really wants to make a big statement, then he should face someone in the top 10 p4p of the division. peterson is not on that list after he got got roiding. alvarado sounds like a good match up (unlikely because of rival promoters) or maybe even matthysse, that is if garcia won't duck him again
Just fight whomever his promoter put in front of him and forget about Garcia. Khan always have a hard time negotiating the fight he wants. Most of the time the interest is not mutual.
