How can anyone hate him for this???
He stared off fighting Antonio DeMarco, who was the #1 ranked LW at the time. He was coming off wins over Linares and Molina.
Now he seems to be fighting Richard Abril, the #5 LW right now. The only LW's ahead of him are Broner himself, DeMarco who Broner beat, Vazquez and Burns. Abril could have wins over Prescott, Rios, Acosta, and Lundy. He's probably the most dangerous high risk fight in the division.
How do you know who's black, white, Latino, or Asian on here??? Sounds like your generalizing.
DeMarco as Valero's best win, a good win. There's no denying that DeMarco was at a higher place when Broner beat him though. When Valero beat him, he was just inside the Top 10, a good win for Valero. When Broner beat him, he was coming off wins over Linares and Molina, and was the top ranked LW at the time. Plus many many many, including yourself I'm guessing, said Broner would lose to DeMarco. He beat him worse than Valero did, much worse.
But still, it was a good win for both.
Just by some of the stupid language they use such as Ebonics and being a Floydiot
All the Blacks on this site said Valero was a Bum when he knock out Demarco but they state Broner is a P4P best when he kO's Demarco. Can someone explain this double standard.

whos hating him for this? I think people dislike him more for the way he acts. And lets be real, the LW division is pretty fucken weak.... DeMarco was not that great a fighter yet hes getting all this praise for beating him.

They're pretty good. They're good wins for Broner. People wanted Broner to fight the best fighters available for him at his weight, he's doing so.
Gamboa will be the biggest fight for Broner at 135. If all goes according to plan and Broner wins against Abril, I think he'll than fight Burns in the summer, after Burns gets his warm up fight in. Hopefully Burns steps up to the plate, this was the 2nd time he found a way around not fighting Broner.
I'd like to see Gamboa fight 3 times in 2013. He could fight Salgado at 130 int he Spring, Vazquez in the summer. Than he and Broner could meet at the end of the year, both probably Top 10 P4P, in a big fight.

Well Gamboa wants to fight him badly, can Broner dare step up and take that fight? That would earn him some serious stripes among boxing fans.
I thought I read that Guerrero and Broner were going at it on twitter? There are two Guerreros in boxing right? Which Guerrero was this?
I'd like Broner to fight Linares and Gamboa.
As it stands now, Gamboa doesn't deserve to be in the ring with Broner. Saying will he take that challenge is absurd. Let's have Gamboa look good in a fight before we go there.
gamboa was fightin like a damn bum at times, there was a point he ate about 5 consecutive left hands
he needs to get his sht together
Jesus, I don't remember that.
For a first fight back from fifteen months' inactivity, I thought Gamboa looked fine. Sure he wasn't as sharp as he could be, but he compounded the matter by showboating against a decent fighter. Yuri's speed, athleticism and power were still there. That's all that concerned me. Everything else can be worked on. The Gamboa we know will be back next time.
That would be a good fight, however Gamboa is off to a rough start, but we'll see how he holds up at the weight class.
Broner won't stick around long enough at 135 too.

No, I was actually laughing pretty hard when Mitchell got exposed :lol1:
It's natural that some of the heavys would get exposed....they suck.
The heavyweights are a weak division, weaker than 135.
mark my words burns is no easy fight for broner !!
its easy to look good against a come forward head first slow slugger like deMarco , demarco is imo the perfect style match for broner , perfect to look good against !!
burns is a smarter, faster, ponce de leon !! .......... he will not stand there and be a punching bag like demarco did !
At least Abril and Vazquez have skill.....most of those fat Heavyweights are so limited in terms of actual skill it's sad.
Abril whupped Rios and Acosta, and can make a claim to have beaten Lundy as well.
I find it funny people were like "Broner needs to fight the top fighters in his weight class", and he does it....and it's "weak division, call me when he's at 140". The guy is the next guy to never get the credit he may end up deserving.
It was a tough one to sit through that's for sure.. I had it for Prescott.
I haven't seen it. Richie's got good skills, but he's tough to watch. He's a spoiler-type, the kind of guy that's hard to score. I can see why he loses close fights, although the Rios decision was just a disaster.
