thats wassup....Manny put his country on his back and made the boxing world take notice...he did his thing...he should just fall back and enjoy the rest of his life in politics
I rooted for Marquez since the first thump. PAC is a killer straight up and down. 99% of the still get spanked by him. Dude is not a politician, not a hero, not a preacher... He's a fighter first and foremost. He used his fists to get where he is. Everything else came after. Still one of my favs. And still a pure bad boy. I there a dough boy try to fight this beast!
Pacman will be back with vengeance.
Love those shots of Manny, and the Mrs. Looks like they joined the "High Mile Club", on the Long Flight to Plip Land!!!
What a guy! Got KO cold trying to make boxing fans happy...He's getting more popular because of the KO. JMM and Pac, a classic, the more they fight the better it gets. ...nice to see a Hero's welcome.
Well deserved. He put it all on the line like a true warrior. Nothing but respect.
Definitely.
Contrary to what some are saying, his brutal loss absolutely does not affect his legacy, on the contrary, it's all part of it. A fighter has to own his entire career and not just the parts where he looked good. But when Manny looked good he gained a loyal following, that's good for Manny, and that's good for boxing. He received the welcome a champion should receive when he's respected regardless of whether he has a belt or not, or if he lost.
What Manny Pacquiao has done is not just transcend boxing but sports in some sense. Boxing is a tough sport so he didn't get the monetary compensation he deserved but what he did get was worldwide acclaim and an almost lock on a great political future in his country. Not bad for a guy who came from nothing.
Its in defeat we see the truth, its in defeat we can look at a situation with different eyes. The two highest paid athletes are boxers, wow, just wow....
Great posts, man.

I like Pacquaio more now after his loss then before. If Pacquiao can be successful in his return people will love him even more. He's always been a class act.
Who's that mofo behind Manny in pics #3 and #4? He was giving invisible handjobs while Michael Buffer was announcing. Seriously. Watch the footage again. Invisible handjobs to his face.
Damn, is Jinkee still white over the KO? DDDDAAAAMMMMNNNNNN!!!!!!
Hahahaha
I noticed that too.......I was like "what's the f**k is up with that?" Looks like he's warming up for a big facial
Jinkee is pretty but she wears too much makeup.
I respectfully disagree...I think she's average at best. Though her makeup does make her look MJ style.... its appalling.
Pacman has earned the boxing lessons that he might have earned by fighting Floyd - undertrain, overconfidence, carelessness, overaggressive, etc. We can expect a much better Pac next fight.
It's a real shame that people make so much about race. Manny Pacquaio & Juan Manuel Marquez are great fighters and great people outside the ring and both always show a great deal of class. Thank you for IV great EPIC battles.
Pac needs to do some soul searching before deciding to come back. Mayweather is right when he says that Pac has a lot of things going on and you can't be elite without dedicating yourself completely to the sport. I think Pac should retire and enjoy the rest of his life by serving his countrymen through politics. That said, if anybody can defy the odds and come back stronger than ever is Manny Pacquiao.
