possibly the greatest Ko I've ever seen. a perfect 10. it was much worse than than hattons. reminded me of carbajal knocking out Gonzalez. like a tree falling down.

Hatton's was worse. It happened faster. This was a mega fight that did 900k HBO PPV buys. The fight ended being not competitive at all, and very quick. The contact of the punch with the chin was brutal. It was no laughing matter. I was tight because i'm a Hatton fan.
Pacquiao had already been knocked down flat on his back by Marquez earlier in the fight. Marquez would have been down 5 rounds to 1 if Manny survived that round. I was shocked at the KO, but I laughed really hard and I knew Pacquiao was okay. I was not concerned at all and didn't think he was "dead". I knew he would get back up, I was celebrating really hard.
As far as the actual KO's go, how they went down, they're pretty equal. They were both completely out of it. Manny probably slept for longer.
:|.. Yeah the impact of Pac's punch on Hatton was brutal but even last night's was insane. Pac's frickin chin receded into his neck. Like his forehead was going forward..his jaw was going back. I honest to god..maybe only for a few seconds was really worried about Pac last night. Just the whole situation was like someone being killed right infront of your eyes. You had lampley in denial, Roy all hyped, the camera looking to his wife..and they came back and he was still in the same position and they had to check his pulse and I was like "..Dude wtf... dude is Pac ok? Dude wtf. :|" I had a few people walk out the room who couldn't watch (mostly women lol) and asking from the hall if he was ok. Hatton's was sad. Pacquiaos was heart stopping
laying there ass out like ***** is worse obviously
Yep it was like a head shot with a AK47 he was old cold the moment it landed , at least now the front of Pacs head is the same shape as the back .

Manny. We could at least see Hatton breathing... It was like them streetfight knockouts on youtube if you will.
Manny was face first...not like P Will who had his eyes open (at least) and had that dying man stare... but Manny was face first completely ..like...I dont even think he could breathe that way...eyes closed..I was genuinely worried. Someone summed it up best and said it looked like Manny got sniped....or fell off the top of a building. That crap was scary. Lampley was like in denial "and hes been knocked down again" and you could hear Roy (probably standing up) all hyped "NO, HE AINT GETTIN UP! HES NOT GETTIN UP!!" Hatton's was bad, don't get me wrong...but we knew he was alive. >__>...
Yea lampley was like Pac was going to get up, RJJ at the point was like nah he ain't getting up from that lol.
manny's worse for sure. there was genuine concern when he was just laying there not moving, and then someone came up to check his pulse and it was just like "OH MY GOD NO!"
nasty knockout, scary...
Yea I saw the pulse checking and that makes it or surreal.. That brought it home for me, there was genuine concern for him from people around him.

Theres no difference other than a titled fight! You never want to see any devastation KO but everyone is aware that it happens. When I see that type of KO I think of viewing the Starling KO over Charlie Newall live years ago. Charlie passed a few days later!!! When he went down everyone in the hall went silent and gravity of the scene was intensely scary!!!
Charlie was a tuff kid out of Somers Prison fighters release program and was a solid fighter who had just stopped one of my fighters in a great bout months earlier!
Watching a motionless fighter on the canvas is no joke and those experiences stay with you forever. I thought of Charlie Newell as the ref counted 4. Ray.
Manny because:
He's Manny
This was a superfight
It happened in the last two seconds of the round
It look liked Manny was about to take the fight over
He was out longer it seemed.
When they turned Hatton on his side and he was breathing through his mouth, that looked really bad, but Manny landed face down and looked dead. I was more afraid for Manny.
