though i hate to pull an Arum, id let this fight marinate a bit. Only because Khan is on a losing streak, and Brook is definitely not as popular yet as he could/will be.
If Khan strung some wins together and Brook can either get a title or at least be mixing with world level fighters this fight sells big tickets.
The asian community would lap it up. Not to mention Manchester and Sheffield are quite close and normally up north that means they dont like each other.
Brook is a big draw & is selling out arenas, most Amir Khan fans claim he isn't but he is and most casual fans like him. He is popular here.
Pretty much everyone has heard of Khan but hes widely known as having a glass chin and the hype has gone.
Most casual sport fans have never heard of Kell Brook
The only time Brook has sold out a decent sized venue is for the Hatton fight.
I was at Brook - Jones and it was just over half full, same for the Saldivia fight.
It's a big fight in Boxing circles but it wouldn't get everyone gripped like a Haye fight would.
Carson Jones would beat Khan
if khan fights how he should fight and not how he thinks he should fight which is toe to toe he would of beat garcia and he would certainly beat carson jones hes been beat twice off jesus soto karrass who mike jones beat twice.

well, Brook packs out the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield, which isn't exactly huge but it's a decent size. Khan would sell out the MEN comfortably I think, despite him being on a losing streak atm.
I think the way Matchroom and Sky would buddy up and sell the fight like mad, I'd expect it to be a big fight definitely

Nobody in the US likes Devon, in fact we enjoy booing him more than cheering for him. It would probably be much larger in the UK.
No disrespect but did you even read my orginal post?
