If you mean just on support, sure. As far as knowledge about sports and where your country and countrymen stand on a world level, English fans are probably the worst. Very biased country. The English national team achieves proportionately what it should at a world level in football. All things being equal in terms of coaching and resources England can't hope to compete with Brazil with its population of 180,000,000 or Germany with its population of over 80 million. Countries like Spain and Italy grossly over achieve in football but England and the UK piss on these countries at pretty much any other sport. Third in the Olympics medal table too. Great Britain are one of the great sporting Nations. Football is the sport that by and large the world cares about and the US are a non-entity in that sport.
