harold lederman has no respect for defense and only cares about "aggression" even if it isn't effective aggression. That was absolutely ludicrous. How anyone could have Vanes up in that fight when it ended is beyond my understanding.

Round 1: Quiet round, but the left hands to the body for Lara won him that round. Round 2: Another quiet round, where Vanes seemed to just out work Lara. Rounds 3-5: Vanes didn't hardly land anything, and though Lara was quiet and didn't land that many big punches at all, the occasional counter and his defense, ring generalship, he won those rounds or at the least took 2 of the 3. Rounds 6-8: It was all Lara. He hit him over and over with the left hand. Vanes didn't do hardly anything. 6-2/7-1 Lara. Call me crazy if you want, but there's no way Vanes won more than 1-2 rounds. I had martirosyan winning the 2nd and 5th round and lara taking the rest except the 9th was a draw

Vanes is overrated in my book, Lara is always on the wrong end of the stick when it comes to decisions. The mere fact that it was a draw tells me that Lara whooped that arse.

I was watching the fight with my dad and we kept wondering why Lederman commented on Martirosyan's aggression when it wasn't very effective at all. I know Lara was backing up a lot during fight but he was dodging and blocking Martirosyan's punches with ease.

usually promoters pay off the judges so their fighters win, golden boy paid off the judges to make sure lara didn't win. protect the canelo!

So not worth the download? It is. So 1 more person can see who TRULY won that fight. Worst part of this is, I still get to read these annoying Vanes fans posts.

Yeah that's what I thought I heard too. No tiene corazon, but the translator didn't say it... Now that I think about it I think that translator has a history of not telling the English speaking audience what the Spanish speaking fighters are really saying.

WTF he said "no heart" "coward" I think i saw Lara thought Vanes quit did he not see the crater in the dudes eyebrow? lmao but he cant get a decision to save hes life thought Lara won most rounds in a slowwww fight gave 3 at best to Matryosian, i am not that shocked by the draw he has 0 love from Judges but they did the right thing he scored 1 punch over matryosa in round 9 in 20 seconds how can you give the fight for 1 punch.

And people are saying that Lara could beat Canelo? Get the f*ck outta here. these guys hype lara to no end and this is what he gives them lol.

They need to get rid of the translator Im not fluent but I know he doesn't say everything the spanish guys say I also only gave vanes 2 rounds

What the hell was Lederman doing scoring the first 3 for Vanes??? That was ridiculous. Lara can't catch a break, I swear.

as if Arum was going to let Vanes lose lol While I thought Lara did enough and was going to win and was taking control of the fight, he should not have started so slow, but he is a counter fighter I understand that, it takes time for him to get his opponents timing but what ever...in a rematch he will get Vanes but I have a feeling a rematch probably won't happen If a rematch goes down, GBP better grab it and put it on a Canelo undercard. Lara should fight Canelo next since most people thought he won. Nope. This just gives GBP and the WBC more room to feed another JWW to Canelo.

The only thing I'm disappointed in is that Lara didn't get his right hook working like I thought he would've. He had his counter-punching hat on too tight, and should've let his hands go more. I do want to see a rematch though.
