Hi, new here.
I'm 41 and have just taken up boxing training (amateur) - HAHAHA ancient eh? It's more for fitness and conditioning and to learn some boxing, rather than to fight competitively (obviously). But I'm concerned with trying to do the best I can. I have a love of the sport and also enjoying the training although it's a killer because I'm out of shape. I've only been at it about a month and a half.
Just came across this forum on google and it looked really useful so just joined. Seems that there's a lot of very knowledgable people on here.
I'm in London UK. Pleased to meet'chya!

Doesn't matter if your boxing knowledge is on point or not, just make sure your spelling and grammar are up to scratch or you will get bullied on here lol
Welcome fellow Londoner :fing02:
Hi Locche, welcome! Non-Stop Boxing is a brutal place were little boxing is discussed, I would suggest heading over to the subforum Training and Nutrition, where a lot more boxing training and technique is covered.
Good luck with your training and welcome!
