Because what Pacquiao has done was so unusual he wanted to see if he was clean and Pacquiao does show signs of Roid usage like his big head,big calves and his lame excuses not to take a random drug test for 2 years.Then after 2 years he agrees to take a random drug test which most likely means he got the roids out his system cause why would he finally agree when he claimed that taking blood weakens him in the past?After the whole Pac situation Floyd realized a lot of these fighters are cheating so he decided every fighter that fights him have to take a test. Fighters sign contracts before they fight. The weigh limit is in the contract. If a fighter signs a contract for a fight at a weight they can't comfortably make then they are being stupid.They should not use the weight as an excuse for a loss when they knew what the weight would be. We didn't need the iron boy to say that. We already know this. Manny Pacquiao was "excited" about facing Miguel Cotto for a 2nd time. He was excited about having 154 pound Cotto drain down to 147. He wanted cotto at 150 same like when he fought Marg. PAC has never fought at 154 or even come close to making that weight. By the way the 154 pound cotto ur talking about is the same 154 pound cotto who fought marg at 152??
