Yeah he looks like shit but that's not new. Fortunately for Morales he relies more on intelligence and boxing skill than on pure athleticism so he still has a shot of beating García.
when you don't take care of your body, inside and outside of boxing, say like a Bernard Hopkins, getting old is going to do that to you.....
remember, the number one killer of old people is retirement, not that morales is old but his body has been through the ringer, it's aged far more than he has, physically that is, morales is still young at heart, as all people who operate with a passion.
take that time off, eat whatever you want, drink, party, don't work out, pass out on a full stomach, you're adding to the degradation....
bottom line kids, DON'T GET OLD!!! and if you do, fight it with healthy practices, not pills and surgery.......
Yea but in 2006 he was 30 years old, now he is like 48.
:dunce:
I would say he is pushing 60~ that is what he looks like anyways.
Still that is a decent thread if that is his reasoning, if he can make the right argument. What you said would be the other side of that debate because when you consider what Morales has done both in the ring and out of course he is going to rapidly age and show it.
Trying to show the PED he tested positive for didn't do much for him?
That is only a guess, but that is an interesting topic and might be true~

He does look like an old fighter, he probably is in better shape than he looks but years of partying, blowing up between fights and a long hard career will have that sort of effect on ones body.
I'm still surprised Morales managed to go 12 rounds against Maidana with the way he looks.
I see what you mean, I used to wonder this in the past too. You'd see guys looking soft and wonder how they went the distance at such a competitive level. I think in Morales' case though, experience and hindsight has enabled the 'older' Eric to not waste as many shots and become more crafty, saving energy.
