Alvarado Rios fight of the year ??

Without a doubt. It was a legendary bout. The likes of which will force a rematch at some point in the future.

VERY good fight!! no doubt a candidate This is the ish that gets fight fans looking at the sport, really good boxin skill some strategy and two people who look like they love what they're doing. Rios was saying he loves this ish, and Alvardo was throwing doors until he got caught...I personally think he should have taken an knee and lost the round cause the jab was getting to Rios and setting up some good punch's. They BOTH looked like they were having fun hitting the opponents fist with their faces... I would no doubt pay the PPV money to see Rios Alvarado 2... Great fight

Definitely and nothing comes close. It was a war with great display of infighting and all around offense, Alvarado shocked me in that he displayed skills that I never knew he had. A rematch is warranted but I'd hate to see two fighters leave a large part of themselves in the ring.

Great fight it's a candidate for sure.

I think it is a top candidate def, but Chino vs. Soto-Karass I think so far will probably be FOTY. I think both deserve to be, so either way I am fine.

It was fun, but too much slop to be FOTY.

I can't see anything matching it. It's fight of the decade atm until something comes around. And I doubt there will be. Agreed! I'm a little disappointed at the stoppage..but I've seen worse.. I hope there's a rematch! and this is definitely fight of the decade so far..

No doubt and its not even close. When the HBO guys were hyping this one I thought we were on our way to a dissapointment, but this was the best fight I have seen in years.

Beat Ioka vs Yaegashi for me. Excellent display of skill, grit, and instincts.
