Why do you think arum wants Rigo in his PPV? Why rigo fougth Marroquin in the last minute?
because Rigo is bringing PPV sales in the miami area like never before.

and how much money do you think Rigo would earn from Cuban tv? so there you have it, it made more sense, Rigo wouldn't fight for the right price, Nishioka would

"What's his name, and he's fighting what's his name?" lmao. If it wasn't already obvious that he doesn't give a fuck who's across the ring from him, it should be now.
People who don't want to fight "price themselves out", always is treated as a legit excuse for a fight that doesn't happen. Donaire doesn't give a shit. He's guaranteed a certain amount, regardless of the quality of his opposition.
Moreno/Arce/Rigo supposedly priced themselves out when the Donaire fight was on the table, are these just coincidences? Will Mares price himself out too?
Just adds more weight to my suspicion that he'll be leaving 122 sooner rather than later. There will be a reason why he exits the division, and he'll receive little criticism for it.
He said it himself, he feels that Nishioka is the most dangerous opponent available....so why will he fight the others? He only fought Montiel and didn't bother with the other top 118lb fighters. Why would he change his pattern now? The TR/GBP feud probably has something to do with those fights not happening. However, Donaire not fighting Rigo will be even more surprising since it IS an in-house fight.

Nonito hater, and a Rigo fan, makes sense why he's butt hurt Nonito is fighting one of the top guys in the division instead of a guy who has proven nothing in the division and only just beat an over the hill version of cordoba

Pro boxing is banned in Cuba, nobody is showing his fights over there.
I like how you conveniently left this part out:
(but a lot more with Japanese TV)
You really think Nishioka is stupid enough to come fight for 100K? Why would Donaire choose Rigo over Nishioka? Since he supposedly wanted Nishioka the whole time and he's "supposed" to be the best at 122. You people are too gullible. Why is Donaire mentioning Rigo now when he's just about to fight? Why didn't he mention this when he was looking for an opponent?

Can we see Rigo against a good opponent first? "Suavecito" Ramos was probably the worst titleholder in all of boxing, Kennedy had been schooled before and Marroquin lost to a journeyman.
He needs to step up the competition, there are names out there in super bantam, Montiel, or Agbeko if he moves up would be nice.
Check out his last fight against Steve Molitor. It was a good performance. He's like Rigondeaux in the sense he's still unproven on the most part, has a good amateur pedigree but only have 10 or so fights to his name.
He looks like he has potential but like Rigondeaux I'm going to wait until he steps up in class but the potential is there.
will do...thanks man!

Still waiting for danceswithfire to find my quote of saying Donaire is ducking Nishioka.
Here it is :
Lmao. Post fight interview he mentioned Mares, Rigo and Nishioka. Even said "definitely Nishioka" and people bought into it. Now he announces Arce which most of us already saw coming but damn he fooled you people into thinking he was gonna fight Nishioka. Same way he's fooling people into thinking he's good and a P4P fighter. :lol1:

arce actually has a good amount fanbase.. , moreno is with gbp altho that's the fight i'd like to see (coz i think he beats nonito)..i dont mind seeing the rigo fight but like you said nonito gets nothing from it but a check
Nobody wants to see Donaire-Arce, let it go. Rigo wouldn't get anything from it but a check as well, nobody outside of the boxing world knows what a Nonito is. You sound like Mayweather when he was approached by Margs... except in this case, Rigo is smaller than Donaire.
Who is at '22? You act like that division has ppv stats written all over it with casual sports fans. He'd make the most with Rigo or Moreno (at '22), those fights are in-demand from the boxing world. I forgot, you're eagerly awaiting that Donaire-Arce mega event.
You think Montiel can beat Rigo... the lengths.

yes, they were p4p fighters at one point but does'nt mean they were unbeatable...
