almost every fighter that loses is lost during the fight thats prolly why he lost!!!!!!!!!
once the referee warned Berto about excessive clinching he was lost
Andre's one of the most fundamentally flawed champion of modern times, Ortiz exxxposed him
Andre ain't **** without his steroidsBerto does love to clinch to slow the action down when things aren't going his way. He is so strong it's hard for the other fighter to break free. He holds way to much. I scored the fight far more in Ortiz's favor than the judges did.
Yeah :lol1: Guy's like Freddy Hernanez he looks amazing.
When he hits Quintana level you start seeing his potential. Good job he can punch because he very well could have lost that fight if he didn't hurt him.
Collazo, lost.
Ortiz, lost.
Zaveck, lost.
Looked lost in all 3 of those fights. He really needs to rematch Zaveck.
Zaveck was screwed in that fight. The momentum seemed to be swinging his way when that fight was stopped, and then they say those cuts were caused by punches when they were clearly caused by headbutts.
The video you have is funny since the guy hits the middle guy first and then the girl. Watch closely and you'll see he hits both of them. It reminds me of three stooges.
I was going to say that's not true, but guys like Quintana and Zaveck aren't bums, and I shouldn't say they are.

If he's fighting a bum then he doesn't look lost.
If he's fighting someone who's average or above then he looks totally lost.

Is there any fight where Berto doesn't look lost?

Your namesake should be imprisoned.
I don't think Ortiz gave Berto the big beating people are saying. It was a close fight in the end. Hence the FOTY mention and the 114-111, 114-112 scores. Aside from 4 rounds where Ortiz did really good, the rest of the 8 were pretty 'back and forth' rounds. Berto lost the fight by 2 points. That is not a beating. They both knocked each other down twice and the fight turned in to a boxing match from round 7 up, that's were Berto came back to make it close.

almost every fighter that loses is lost during the fight thats prolly why he lost!!!!!!!!!I was wondering the same thing. I have seen about 10 threads in the last week saying "I never seen whatshisname so lost. " There is another one on Boxing Scene right now. Ortiz never looked as good before the Berto fight or after it. He gave Berto a good beating.
The first official knockdown?

Yes..Berto was never the same fighter after that first KD..He may have landed a haymaker or two..But he never put his punches together for the rest of the fight..For fear of being counter...
Berto looked hurt throughout the fight..He never recovered from his first KD..I would not say he was lost more like hurt...

He's only lost once and it was a pretty good fight.
yeah that's true he could still turn things around. Depending on how much he was depending on roids i guess
