In an interview with the Spanish newspaper "As", Maravilla Martínez said that if Julio Cesar Chavez Jr wants a rematch he will have to take 3 Olympic style anti doping tests.
According to Martínez, he's happy with a rematch if Jr takes Olympic style testing one month before the fight, one more test one week before the fight and finally another one the day before fight night.
He also said that before making that fight, he wants to fight in Argentina in front of 70,000 or 80,000 fans in Monumental Stadium of River Plate.
Right now he's one of the most popular guys in Argentina, and surely the most popular sportsman over there.
Most popular boxer yes... Lionel Messi might just about trump him on popularity though!
Where is a Mushhadeen? I thought he would have at least manned up and taken the stick he was due from everyone on here the same way Jr took his beating the way it was due?
probably building up posts with an alt account
So much for Chavez Jr calling the shots hey Mushahadeen wherever you are hiding :lol1:

the 12th round turned him into a b1tch like floyd
Do you know that Sergio wanted extra testing before the fight? But he knew he was in no position to ask for it, so he cut it out from his demands.
Man that's not fair
How the hell Jr. Supposed to get high now?
Or use his diuretics.
This is good. This is either gonna be a roadblock for a rematch no one wants to see or Chavez is gonna look like a bigger sh1t on fight night cause he wont be able to use his gym candy.

Chavez has been caught more than once on diff stuff...and then he stopped getting tested til this last time out and failed. Lord forbid they test him for more lol.
Anywau, I hear Martinez is pretty big out in argentina and that he had a large fanbase in vegas. Plus most mexicans back Martinez normally, dont know where people get he has no fanbase from. Dude basically has support from almost all the hispanic population.
Dude would fill any stadium out there. Argentine sports fans are insane when they back an athlete.
Basically huh.
people are funny, I cant wait till boxing just become boxing and again and people stop blaming everything on something else. Man up.
Chavez Jr. is a clean fighter his fans always say, why should they care if he has to be OSDT? Won't affect him on fight night if he's clean. He lost. Badly. He isn't going to get his way in these negotiations. I'm sure he realizes that.

All those test for some WEED,
Martinez is ducking and dodging, he doesn't want it.
i think he is scared of a rematch...sh1t , he almost got koed...and it was almost like the way margo koed his ass , head caught in the ropes and sh1t..
Sergio isn't filling up no 80,000 person stadium unless he's bringing Floyd or Pac with him.
