Definitely something that gets overlooked. RJJ was the first man to do it in 106 years.

Ruiz was mediocre but I can understand how people can see it as a good win due to the weight and being something no one has done ever. Now if he would of fought Lewis(who was the real champ) and beaten him then no one has any room to hate on that. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Still better than 90% of the Klits competitors..............

Regardless of the opponent, the fact a former middleweight fought and won a portion of the heavyweight crown is remarkable. Fighting and winning the lineal heavyweight title would almost be a fairytale.
