Vanes is looking nice in the session. I didn't see enough if his fights to know his style but he looks like he has some skills. I only saw him fight Joe Green @ Yankee Stadium on 6-9-2010.

To be fair Chavez didn't have his 6 oz gloves or PEDs in full effect so he was absent his best attributes. He will look much better on Saturday once he has those things in order. vane is schooling him lol lol and Vanes got schooled by Ouma.

its just sparring, everyone has bad days in the gym where they look like crap. ali used to get beat up by his sparring partners leading up to fights only to get his **** together and win when it really mattered. that said martinez will annhilate this kid.

Chavez is going to get the beating of his life in this fight. I really don't understand why people are giving him any real chance tbh. I mean what fight has he been in where he's looked anywhere near good enough to beat a fighter like Martinez?

They aren't taking into account that Martinez is going to be able to land some major leather on him when he's coming forward. Look at the Lee fight for example (his best win to date), Chavez just follows you with no jab or defense. I'm expecting Martinez to hurt Chavez and finish him off no later than 5 rounds.

What are you muttering about? 24/7 showed him doing a 10 round sparring session...I think he had 6 sparring sessions...Chavez barely trained at all for this.

That was May of 2011... Jr lost every round. If Martinez is watching this he must have been laughing...I was. Vanes who although is 2" taller than Martinez has a 2" shorter reach and has no similarities to Martinez in style at all. Jr will never even hit Martinez who won't stay still for a second. I was watching Roach when I could...he didn't look very happy. People who think Jr will win have absolutely no clue whatsoever....it's crazy.
