2010 Mayweather VS Pacquiao
would have potentially been fight of the decade. Competitive fight until the end
SD Floyd Mayweather or could go in eithers favour
2013 Mayweather vs Pacquiao
A boring contest, slow paced, boo's from the crowd
UD floyd mayweather
pac could never and will never be able to beat floyd, whatsoever, at any point in time, at any weight. the 2009 pac would be the most competitive, but being competitive against floyd doesn't mean shlt sorry to tell you. floyd is just better in every single department when it comes to boxing. he is just the better fighter in every way, its hard to argue facts boys
I personally believe Pacman has more power.

Freddy Roach wouldn't let Manny fight Mosley unless the fight was at 140lbs (this was after Mosley beat Margarito)
Eventually the fight happened at 147, but that was a fixed fight and didn't really mean ****. Arum knew Mosley was in financial trouble and could get Shane to do whatever he wanted as long as he took care of Shane financially, that was one of the few actual fixed Pacquiao fights (Clottey was another one)
Hope you're proud of your idol kiddos
I've never seen a fixed fight where a guy gets knocked out, I'm talking legitimately knocked out.
I've seen fights that were obviously fraudulent from the beginning, and a guy goes down from a phantom punch that didn't land. As far as "Why wouldn't Shane let Pacquiao KO him?" Are you serious?
Answer this question: What was Clottey ranked (by any of the major governing bodies) when he fought Pacquiao? What was Shane ranked? These weren't real fights dude.I don't know how to find out where they were ranked years ago but ring magazine had them both in the top 5 at the time of the fight. What has where they were ranked have to do with whether the fights were fixed or not? So even though Shane needs money so badly he will take a dive he has to much pride to let Pacquiao win by a fake ko. Is that what you are saying? But he will run from Pacquiao like a scared rabbit for the whole fight? In any fight fixed or not some good punches will land. All a fighter has to do is go down when a good one lands. How hard is that? He would not have to be koed for real but it would be hard for someone watching to know the difference. If I believed these fights were fixed I would quit watching boxing. You still have not come up with any evidence that these fights were fixed. If you think they were fixed you have a right to your believe. But you say they were fixed like it's a fact. It's not a fact, it's just your opinion, dude.
Personally, I think ts is reaching. I mean spanning 3 years just to make the fight competitive lol!!
If we're being honest the Cotto that Floyd fought was fat & healthy & 3 years removed from 3 brutal wars, while the 1 that fought Pacman was forced to fight 2 lb's under his normal official weight & had 2 wars in 3 fights.
If Arum could get Shane to do whatever he wanted and the Mosley fight was fixed then here is a question for you. Why wouldn't Arum have Mosley go toe to toe with Pacquiao and get KOed early to make Pacquiao look great instead of running away in a dull fight that did not make Pacquiao look good? Same question for the Clottey fight. Why would Arum pay Clottey how ever many millions it would take to fix the fight and have Clottey go into a shell all night for a dull Pacquiao win? Why not have Clottey brawl with Pacquiao and get knocked out in an exciting fight that makes Pacquiao look great? Are you making this stuff up or do you have anything to prove these fights were fixed other than your sayso?

Cotto was in a state at that point; not just weight, his footwork, trainer and gameplans were all awful. Not to mention he was coming off the plaster fight and life and death battle with Clottey.
He stood and traded with Pacquiao, Mayweather wouldn't. In turn, it's a completely different fight and he's still wide open for counters, Mayweather still wins.

this might be true, but we won't know since the fight didn't/isn't happening
and to all the people who cry about the catchweights - manny doesn't ask for the catchweight, Arum tells him there will be a cw and puts it in the contract, we all know manny doesn't control any of the demands in his fight contract.

Yes I believe it would've been more competitive with Pac taking the early rounds... Don't think Pac would ever stop Floyd at any point of his career though. I still think Pac vs Cotto at 154 or even at 150 would be very intriguing.
Pac was not gonna lose to anybody that night thats the last time pac fought to destroy...floyd would have been no push over but he would of got stopped late in that fight....but now I give floyd the slight unless pac gets that killer mode back I give him the edge...
