This guy could have been a huge star in football and basketball. 6'7'' 229 pounds this guy is yet another fine example of the superior southern athlete. 25-0 with 25 knockouts, and only 26 years old???? This guy has HUGE potential, I havent been this excited for an American heavyweight in years! NO, he can not beat either Klitschko right now, dont even bring it up. He needs more fights and some better oppostion. This guy has talent, size, and power. With a good trainer, the sky is the limit. So much potential, this is one to watch!

So, you've just stumbled on Wilder?
had a dream about the lewis klitchko fight last night. That uppercut was quite possibly the most beautifully executed punch I have ever seen. I get chills thinking about it.
Ruled a slip hmm...
This 300lb fridge on stumps dropped him ffs lmfao!
So you are holding an off balance knockdown against him? When he was clearly clowning around.
You act like he was hurt~
Range and power in the heavyweight division are like platinum and diamonds on a rolex~
If you can't understand why people think he is a quality prospect, you will never know.
David Rodriguez, Tor Hamer, Joe Hanks, Malik Scott are all better American prospects. Why is this obvious troll getting so much hype?
He really is not good and anybody who knows anything about boxing will tell you he will get put to sleep the moment he steps up.
David Rodriguez is 36-0 with 34 K.Os against better opposition yet still poor, hes better than Wilder will ever be. Wilder is nothing but a freak attraction.
Absolute bum with a glass chin.
He knocked down & out several times in the amateurs. He was also rocked the other night by a super middleweight with one leg carrying around an extra 100lbs of lard.
He has been down several times as a pro already against the lightest hitting journeyman going. Harold Sconiers dropped him like a sack of sh1t ffs
His footwork & balance is atrocious as well!
He beat Chakhkiev in the AMs? You seen that fight? I posted that farce last week.
Wilder is a bum & tbh I am not sure his power is even that great because his opposition has been the amongst the worst I've ever seen in a 25 fight prospect. People are just obsessing due to his size and a lot of K.Os - Hes not even half the fighter Tye Fields was, real talk.
I think you mean top 500
Pretty much
His last opponent was a bloated up CW that was almost a 100 pounds over what he normally fights at.
Call me when he fights somebody in the top 100.
I know he's taking baby steps, but right now it's like he's barley moving.
He is still coming along, the last fight didn't show very much and I liked how he looked in the fight before better.
He hurts dudes with one shot though, even if he steps up a bit in class that will still happen then people will still be hung on his flaws rather than the positives he does bring~
He has a long ways to go though but he is still improving in his current environment which is the main thing for a prospect, to be honest both Mitchell and Bryant Jennings are a long ways off the top also~ so they really aren't any closer to the real end game.
Right now? HELLLLLLLLLLL no. Not even close to the best American heavyweight.
In the future? Who knows? This division is plenty bad enough that if Wilder improves enough, he'll be a factor at some point.
He makes Michael Grant look like a Prime Riddick Bowe.
the division that he's looking to break into is much worse than the eras in which bowe and grant fought. it's no stretch to think he'll some day fit in with the top 10, considering his competition.
here's a link to the "top 25" according to the boxrec pts system

it's not exactly a murderers row. on talent alone wilder should be able to beat the top 50 - 25 guys, where he will start to learn things after he goes rounds.

Horrible even funny technique. Seriously dude, where did he learn to throw the right hand? Answer: In KO land because it's not really important where and how fast it gets back on the chin - your opponent is KTFO.
His last opponent looked like somebody they picked off the street. I get that he didn't have many amateur fights and they want him to hone his craft but he could fight at least some solid top 30 HW, the guys he fights are barely in the top 100...
