Guerrero and Broner Face Off at weigh-in

I'm not a fan of Broner and if these two ever square off, I like Guerrero to win going away. But the reaction here from some is damn near embarrassing. I get that some of you guys are closet racists and I feel you--If I had a little wee-wee I'd take it out on others too. Why would Broner's 0 piss anyone off?.. He brags about it like if he's actually fought a threat who could've taken that from him...we ALL know that's not the case.. Ponce De Leon wasn't a threat on paper but he arguably took his O. I find it surprising that you don't think it's possible for one boxer to intimidate and/or unsettle another outside of the ring. They fight for a living and you think they're gonna be intimidated by words? LOL

I'm amazed at how idiotic people still are about that stereotype. If you look at true independent studies that have been conducted on the subject you'd realize it's a common myth. You ever been in a hot climate and your **** hangs lower limp than when you're in a colder climate limp? It's ridiculous that in a boxing forum uneducated people always have to bring up race, homosexuality, or dick size. Broner has skills but he hasn't been tested yet... he looks very promising but he's a moron outside the ring and he tries way too hard. I could give 2 ****s what he does outside the ring as long as he takes care of business inside the ring. I can hate his persona but like him as a fighter... I'm still not sold on him yet though. I don't think he was shook at all... I think he purposely didn't look at Guerrero since he thinks he's superior and elite even though he hasn't proved **** yet. Broner didn't make weight for his last fight and fought at 147lbs... so if he's willing to run his mouth he should fight Guerrero at 147lbs or shut the hell up. I'm so sick of these fighters that haven't proven **** but act like they have and feel entitled. Guerrero and Broner are alike in that aspect so this fight actually makes some sense. It'd be nice to see Broner in a live fight with a guy his size for once. Guerrero has the antidote for Broner and that's a good jab. I'm not sold on Broner at all but perhaps he proves me wrong. I'll take this fight at 140 or even 147 but even then it would be bittersweet because, given his opposition, I still don't understand why Broner is being featured on HBO.

I'm not choosing sides (my post history could probably tell you that) but it didn't look like broner wanted to talk about the fight, considering he's the one that was bringing it up...via twitter. You can't issue a challenge, and when the guy approaches you about it, respond by saying, "I still got my 0," and then request HE send YOU a contract of the fight you asked for; so if he doesn't, do you retract your challenge? Be that as it may, we'll see if he meant what he said at the end. side note: they look the same size, one's a bit taller, the other has a wider frame...i think it would be a good fight.

Naw I saw something totally different. I saw a kid that doesn't even think Guerrero belongs in the same ring as him. It was like he didn't even have to look at him...he's nothing. I rather look at a lady or something. Don't act like Guerrero is some killer. The guy beat nobody and is not a big puncher. I'm not even a Guerrero fan by the way, I'm actually a Broner fan. I just thought he seemed uncomfortable and not relaxed, I didn't say he was shook or scared or anything. For all the lip flapping he did on twitter to only look away from Guerrero when they were face to face shows he was incredibly uncomfortable being in his presence. Broner is not interested in a 147 fight right now. He and his team know what rout they are going to take and it would be ridiculous to jump up in weight to fight some guy that noone even cares about. Hell, I'd like to see Broner against a lot of guys at 140 before he moves to 147. Broner is young and still needs to learn not to get caught up in the moment. I'm sure he'll learn a lot from this encounter. And yeah, Broner did look like the one that didn't want to be there.

Thanks...and yeah the fight should be at 135-140. Guerrero is a joke for trying to make this kid come all the way up to 147. If you want Broner so bad......fight at any weight.
