Love this fight, but I also fear that this is too quick a step up for Garcia who has never faced anyone remotely close to this level, he's gonna be a world of pain and will probably have to get up off the canvas more than once.

Some of yall are CRAZY...Salido is going to blow this kid AWAY and don't get me wrong I like Mikey Garcia but your throwing this dude to the WOLVES just hoping he can come away with the win...Garcia haven't even been tested and his very first test will be against Salido? I think Salido Pressures and Breaks Garcia! But if Garcia can fight off his back foot, stay off the ropes and counter Garcia then yeah I knew star will be born after this fight, I would love to see Garcia win, need some new blood in boxing getting the Spotlight

Amazing news. Was hoping this would be on the Nishioka-Donaire, Rios-Alvarado card but I guess that was just too much to ask :lol1: Can't complain. We have such an amazing remaining 3 months of Boxing to the year. This fight on that card would've been epic, easily the best card in years.

mikey is way too patient and conservative with his punches to destroy salido imo..i think he beats him by a close decisison tho

I got garcia by ud in a close fight...i just feel garcia has more tools and could outbox him...salido is gonna bring the best out of garcia imo
