Love how he doesn't give "best puncher" to any of the numerous men who have left him spark out on the canvas
you have to take into account what version of roy jones they were fighting too. sosa would knock the roy jones of today out cold too and the guys who did knock him out (other than tarver and g. johnson) would stand no chance against roy in his prime. we all know that so why should roy pretend otherwise?
roy is aware that he isnt the fighter he used to be, when hes fighting he knows which problems hes having bcuz of his opponents and which are bcuz of himself being old.
besides everyone who ever fought sosa said he was the hardest hitter they ever faced. they did the same interview with james toney and he named sosa as well over HWs like holyfield, peter and rahman not to mention guys like barkley, jones, johnson etc. toney said sosa hit him so hard with a single punch he was seeing double for half the fight.
nobody who knows about sosa would question roy for naming him teh hardest pucnher he ever fought, he probably is.
also scoring a KO is more about timing and presicion than it is power. sosa didnt hit him clean with a punch he didnt see so he couldnt knock him out, that doesnt mean roy didnt feel his power and it doesnt mean sosa didnt hit harder than those guys who did land clean with punches roy didnt see.

Is that a video or something?
There's an article from Ring Magazine last month where Roy lists his best opponents, I'm not typing the whole thing but I will tell ya who and why if you like.
