From 140-154 who would you favor over Floyd?

I wouldn't pick anyone against him at the moment.

I give Canelo an edge at 154. He is much bigger and stronger than Floyd and he is getting better while Floyd is getting older. Floyd seems like a small welterweight but I would still favor him over everyone else. I think Martinez could go back to 154 and beat him but you said no Martinez because he is middleweight champ.

At 140lbs I think Pacquiao and Marquez, at 147lbs only Pacquiao and at 154 quite a few if they actually fight at 154lbs. Good one.....

Sergio Martinez would have the best chance at 154 apart from that there is nobody. Lmao @ the guy who said Peterson, almost as bad as when people said Khan would destroy Floyd. Whats wrong with Peterson? He has attributes that would benefit him in a fight against Mayweather. Does Mayweather box as much now? No, he's gotten older so he stays in the pocket more, and even fights going forward. Does Peterson fight a hard pace? Absolutely, ask Khan about that one. Is he physically & mentally a strong fighter? Absolutely. Does he have a good punch? Absolutely. Is he a young and hungry fighter? Absolutely. The fighters I picked, in my opinion, would give Mayweather an interesting fight based on some of their attributes. Mayweather's getting older, as well. Don't compare Peterson to Khan. Khan is sloppy and was a disaster waiting to happen. However, Khan did have the speed, output, and style to bother Mayweather. Even Roy Jones thought this.

I actually would Favor Martinez at 154. Yes, favor. I think he doesn't just have the possible chance of winnign but I think he actually gets it done.

Floyd needs to end his career by fighting Martinez and Pacquiao, if he did that and beat them both I would consider him #1 of this generation. Posted from Boxingscene.com App for Android I know the TS said not to include Martinez but the above says it all....no other fights really matter....his legacy as a true legend lies on the shoulders of Pacquiao and Martinez....he can fight any of the other top guys between 140 and 154 and win convincingly but until he has Pacquiao and/or Martinez (preferably both) on his resume then there will always be question marks on his legacy....win or lose against those two and he still gets maximum respect for finally fighting them. Saying that though I don`t really think Martinez should be in the equation as I feel he is too big, even at a catchweight weigh in he would rehydrate enough to have a serious size advantage in the fight.....if FMJ pulled off a win though now that would cement his legacy as the greatest of his generation.

Floyd would not only be favored over everyone, he would be a pretty large favorite over everyone. Probably like -250ish against Pac. That would be the closest.

Does the fight take place at 140? If so, then I would favor JMM, Pac, and even Bradley at that weight. Otherwise, nobody.

guys I give the best chances (none of whom I would bet my own money on): Pacquiao Canelo Molina Lara Guerrero not in any particular order. I have Floyd beating all 5 of those guys, but the hardest fight would probably be either Molina or Canelo

What fighters in these weight classes NOW would you favor to beat Floyd and why? NOTE I MEAN FIGHTERS WHO ACTUALLY FIGHT AT 140-154...SO THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE MARTINEZ WHO IS THE MW CHAMPION NOBODY.....IMO Lara gives him the toughest fight and might even win on 1 of the cards

with that said there are certain fights I wouldn't mind seeing. Pac and Martinez are given p4p fights. at 140 I would love to see a mathysse fight even though I'm sure Floyd can't make the weight. and at 154 I would like a Lara fight or a canelo fight down the line. as 154 stands rite now Floyd is the clear head and shoulders best fighter in the division. because the other little *****es in the division won't fight each other. oh how I miss the 2008-2009 ww days. too bad Floyd retired. Smh. I'll never really get over that.
