Benitez deserves a mention for outfoxing Duran on the inside with his back against the ropes. Not the best version of Duran but that was really impressive.
In their prime...Roberto Duran hands down! Nobody fought a phone booth fight with Duran...nobody! You had to fight inside and out to beat Duran in his prime.

duran and floyd--floyd has the most complex inside game in modern history...his counters were top notch--his ability to read your pivots while timing your movements were top notch---
duran was the epitome of inside dominance--is ability to be aggressive while keeping you confused as to which duran you were going to get on the inside made him the best at getting inside and controlling the pace of those 18 to 25 seconds that were crucial to dictating each round---

Andre Ward, when does he ever get tagged on the inside? he leans heavily on an opponent's chest and never allows him to get off.
