Gamoboa is good, but he gets overrated on this forum. He is not some once in a lietime special talent. Him and Broner are about the same talent wise. Difference being 8 years in age. No, he's definitely not "once in a lifetime." But how often would you say a guy as gifted as Gamboa comes along? I'm talking about attributes, not skills. Once every few years? This, by definition, makes Yuri special.

Give um both one fight at 135 on a major network, with them both on the same card against one of the top fighters at 135, and then they might be able to PPV um mid 2K13. If Floyd is back by then put um on May's undercard, and the numbers go through the roof. :banana: Wouldn't that be something Gamboa and Broner on the undercard of Mayweather exposed to over a million viewers...then have Gamboa vs Broner later on. That's how it should be, show the next generation.

GBP need to start delivering in their promise to match the best vs the best as they haven't done that so far and I hope TMT promotions isn't in this to make money like Mayweather always wants The name of the company is the MONEY team promotions. :lol1:

This is just a way of Golden Boy to get back at 50 knowing that Gamboa is the only up and comer in his roster. I highly doubt 50 will have Gamboa in there against a skilled fighter similar to Floyd. I bet this doesn't happen anytime soon.

Gio and Strasburg are the FUTURE!!!! I get to go right down the street and watch them whenever I want!!!! Life is good sometimes People complain about the ABC belt commissions yet everytime a good fight comes up people want the fighters to get someones belt first. F@$K belts just fight the best in your division. Belts don't make fighters, fighters make belts!!!! Get Gamboa a fight at 135 by the years end and then make it early next year

I believe I understand boxing more then you. You look at boxing from a casual fan who think what should be happening point of view. Like you said he division is weak, you said it yourself.
