This could be the fight in the fall for Wladimir Klitschko and I'm just curious as to how close people think the fight will be, if it will be close at all.
I don't think Arreola would win a round to be honest, and I think he might get stopped quicker than he got stopped against Vitali because Wlad is a much more explosive puncher.
I think some people are giving Arreola a chance because Wlad send the hard punchers to his brother to fight but Arreola is too limited, Klitschko by early knockout.
arreola needs to work on his footwork and handspeed in order to even have a remote chance of beating wlad - that means cutting the weight fatty
He did lose weight already but that didnt make him a better fighter. When he was heavier he was at least a bulldozer but now he has a harder time to overroll his opponents. Stamina was never his problem. Lack of footwork, skill and defence are his problems and it wont get better by just losing weight. He also has a crappy trainer.
Arreola doesn't apply the right kind of pressure to trouble Wlad, he just comes in windmilling, wide open. He doesn't set up with a jab, he doesn't move his head, he's ****ed.
He could cause Wlad some big problems in the early rounds. Arreola has the size and ability to fight out when Wlad moves in to clinch.
Wlad lost the 1st round against Thompson, doing nothing, because of his cautious style.
So i supposed he could loss one round the same way against Arreola.
Then he 'll outbox and ko him. People 'll probably call his 52th ko boring once again...
I can see Arreola winning 2 possibly 3 early rounds. Only because the only chance he has is to blitz Wlad early, and Steward will have Wlad fighting extra careful the first few rounds. I see this fight ending in 6-8 rounds with Chris out on his feet.
Agreed, he might win some rounds due to his aggressive brawling style which might look better than Wlad's style at times and make the judges give him a round here and there. It would be an entertaining fight nonetheless.
