Future P4P king? I really don't think so.
All I see is what appears to be Andre Berto badly impersonating Floyd.
I don't see the star quality is this kid, all I see is a fully pledged welterweight that has feasted on nothing but midgets and a glass chinned Litzau.
Legs are VERY far apart, footwork isn't very good but does have good upper body movement, not a very good jab, lunges in almost like hes trying to bellyflop his opponent, open all night long for the left hook.
A big guy in a small, very weak division if you ask me.
Lmao this guy is seriously like 5ft8½ & rehydrates to 155
Honestly look at this, cardigan & a tad closer to the camera or not this guy fcukin dwarfs Alexander & Maidana!

Point proven.
He's smart in the ring and backs it up with natural talent. If you don't see anything special in that then you are foolish.
Hate causes serious misguidance on this forum.
People here misjudge fighters all the time. Sure, broner is an a$$ and says a lot of stupid sh1t. It's all an effort to get the spotlight on him and people to talk about him which in turn, gets people to watch him. But...he is a talented fighter. He has natural talent and people will watch, regardless if they tune in in hopes of seeing him lose and/or win.

Your post lost all credibility when comparing Berto to Broner they don't have similar styles
talk about buying the hype.. lol!
Floyd was a big puncher at 130 too, or above average.
lol no he wasn't. he was accurate but he was never a big puncher. almost all his stoppages were corner stoppages. if he had power those guys he kept hitting would have been laid out but because they were taking a beating they were pulled out, hernandez, corrales, chavez, augustus, gerena, all corner stoppages. manfredy was an early stoppage. what guys was he he hurting so bad that they couldn't continue? justin juuko maybe?
That is what I am saying yes. Watch this, you'll see for yourself.
9.20-9.40 is an example, you're telling me you can't see that?
The guy is predictable as hell. The guy who thinks this guy beats Gamboa is barking! He wouldn't last 4 rounds.
I think he is just finding his range...:boxing:
What Floyd did to Corrales is still clear in my memory.
He didn't do that to a smaller, average fighter like Broner has been doing. He went in there with a bigger, undefeated guy with great power and a good chin and put him down 5 times on route to a stoppage. Floyd was more explosive at that weight.
Doing damage and flooring good fighters is more impressive than knocking over average-decent fighters.
You're talking about his punching ability, but all he's done is knock over a few cans.
i know but the fact remains , he is more explosive than floyd...could be becuase the types of fighters are inferior but also be becuase he's a better puncher than floyd...it's really impossible to accurately compre, but as it looks , he is the bigger puncher
hey, when did i ever say he fought better opponets than floyd did at 130?

Ask yourself, who has he fought? really?
If he knocked Corrales out or stopped Hernandez then we could talk about his power.
hey, when did i ever say he fought as good opponets as floyd did at 130?
i know i am just guessing (where he will be in the future) but so is everyone who says he will not be p4p material in the future.. floyd was a decent puncher in the lower weights, but broner is a huge puncher right now

Broner has NOTHING on Floyd when he was that age.
Floyd was faster, better defensively, hit every bit as hard, smarter, better footwork, better counter-puncher....and he did all that while being the smaller man in most cases.
