Mayweather has big Decisions to make

I think we'll see him return in February or March of 2013, and than again in September against Alvarez. A lot has to happen of course for the Alvarez showdown to happen. Alvarez will probably have to fight Miguel Cotto next May first. I'd prefer that Floyd returned in December 2012, and than in May/June and November/December next year, but I'm not sure how realistic that is.

A Khan fight is a big possibility next year. Khan will most likely take a tune up fight first for his 147 debut before fighting Floyd. As the article states, a Khan fight in December is not likely to happen. Floyd, himself, might take a tuneup first. There is Malignaggi. Or Guerrero.

Mayweather, as he already indicated, will be reitiring by the age of 47. That means he will have one and a half year left to decide after coming out of jail. If he decides to fight in December, assuming he will fight two more fights next year, then he has a total of three fights left. As long as Pacman is ruled out, it is a very easy decision. Guerrero, Khan, Alvarez, Cotto 2, Alvarez 2, Khan 2, etc. Just because manny fights guys he beats over and over again doesn't mean floyd will. Of course floyd is in a tough position. If he makes a crappy offer to manny, manny and bob refuse the offer and run to the press and blame floyd for not wanting to fight. I really do think Josie would put up a better fight then Manny. 1st she isn't going to complain about drug testing and run to the commissions. Secondly she isn't going to price herself out asking for more then 40 million. I have never heard Josie make excuses about wrong gloves, wrong socks, leg cramps, Pacquiao is more of a girl then Josie! Good article. Just one question. Is there any kind of proof that you can provide that Floyd was indeed 147 against Cotto on fight night.
