Berto, Dawson, Broner. They're all the same person to me really.

I remember when people used to say similar things about Chad Dawson. It's hilarious how badly everyone wants the next Mayweather, Hopkins or Jones. I see no one even feasibly capable of carrying the mantle those guys did, but it's fun to hype new guys.

Will he ever surpass Mayweather, Jones, or Hopkins? He's still young and getting better every fight...Will he develop the ring IQ and skill of Mayweather, Hopkins, or Jones? no, he got beat on by an average PDL, why people are so high on this guy i dont know, his skill set is not even comparable to any of the guys you mentioned, the kid doesn't even have his own personality, he can get his pa to comb his hair all he wants it still wont make him cool and soon enough he will have to step up, and thats when he gets beat

i hope he does, this kid has all the skills in the world with some VERY good power. i personally love his antics.

No. It will be very difficult for anybody to surpass Roy Jones, Floyd or B-Hop. He still has a bright career ahead of him though.

It is possible. That being said in 14 years time fans will be looking at Mayweather, Jones and Hagler they same way Leonard, Hagler and Hearns are viewed now.

You obviously did not see young Jones and Mayweather and Hopkins is special with his dedication and ring IQ. He'll never reach those guys level, what doesn't mean he's not going to have great career. I've seen many of their fights when they were young. So many people are hyping Broner up; I just wanted to know what people think. In my opinion, he's nowhere near their level, and I doubt that he'll get there.

It's amazing how overrated this guy has become all of a sudden. I can't wait for him to fight a serious fighter so i can bet some money on an "upset".
