When he beats Margarito, Cotto, and Clottey, Hatton everyone says, "Pacquiao is so improved now, he's a complete fighter, he uses the right hand now! He's no longer one one handed!"
*gets beat by an old lighweight JMM*
"JMM has Pacquiaos number! It's just his style!"
*gets beat by Bradley*
"Pacquioa isn't prime! If he was in his prime he would've stopped him!"
Looks like crap against pure boxers? But he still beat Bradley and Bradley is the one who looked crap. So pac does do well against pure boxers, he may not look great (but who does against fighters who just backpeddle) doing it, but he still did well.
So how did Bradley win the championships on ONE LEG, rounds 9-12 Bradley swept, fact. Care to explain this?
O let me guess, Pacquiao showed "compassion" and "took it easy".
Pacquiao looked impressive against guys who stood in front of him and tried to trade punches. Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto, Clottey who covered up, Margarito. Once those guys were all beat, there weren't many other fighters to fight. Bob Arum did not want to make the Mayweather Vs Pacquiao fight, so he made Marquez Vs Pacquiao III. Marquez being a brilliant counter puncher/boxer, who is always timing his opponents gave Pacquiao fits. Mosley decided to not to stand in front of him and use the ring, Pacquiao looked like crap. Bradley decided to box, Pacquiao looked like crap.
Pacquiao is not a fighter who does well against pure boxers.

Welp, Pacquiao is very noticeably different from 3 to 4 years ago. Against Bradley he just looked aged. His speed wasn't as dynamic, his power doesn't seem to have all that much snap/force, and even his stamina seems somewhat questionable considering that he let the last few rounds slip away, on my card anyway...
Bradley was highly successful at turning it into a sparring match. All an illusion.

Nah its double standard for Floyd. If Pac dont stop and ko people floyd fanatics have a go at Pac for not stopping his opponent, even if he makes them look like elephant men, or makes them run for dear life.
Floyd just outpoints people and never kos anyone but its ok.?
Pacroid has always been a C- type fighter going up against drained opponents. And yes he was & still is on the juice. Everyone now is taking the test to prove they are clean except his cherry picking ass. All pacroid supporters should hang themselves for being so stupid. Hey look, dude got offered $40 mil & still took off running away from the Floyd fight. To me that's a sign of a chicken/yellow belly corward on PED's.
All I can say,you are a troll alt from another troll alt. Therefore your opinion worth less than a dog poo.
Well, you can't expect Pacquiao to be the same forever. There comes a time when fighters start getting old and can't fight the way they used to. I'm not how sure how old he is now, I think 34. That's not considered physical prime anymore. I'd say his prime was 29-30 years old, maybe 31. The style he has does not do well with an older fighter.
i think he just turned 33...could be wrong tho

His style hasnt changed much and it shows when he has to deal with movement.if you stand in front of him with no movement like a punching bag then he will beat you like a punching bag,if you move then he is reduced to his same 1-2 type style we have seen for years
Anyone who watched Pacquiao before knows that he's lost a step and doesn't have the stamina he used to. He's getting old and has been through many wars with boxers naturally larger than him and it is showing. You are reaching my friend please log off
Pac was obviously blood doping and probably juiced as well 3 years ago, he is still using all of those in his training regimen. The difference is that he is breaking down physically now so the PEDs don't help like they used to.
There really is no double standard...
If fighter A (who is a respected ATG or HOFer) is a favorite and loses to fighter B, instead of being able to dissect what strategical, tactical, or stylistic problems fighter B posed to fighter A it is easier to oversimplify by saying "fighter A is past prime/shot/sick/injured/etc." Fighter A could've been the exact same fighter he's always been, but they'll say "he isn't as fast", "he isn't as explosive", "he didn't use his jab", etc.
Of course age strips away talent, but unless you've lost an essential of the style, it's a slow erosive effect. It's usually the strategical/tactical/stylistic problems the opponent presented and people convincing themselves that fighter A physically isn't the same.
People forgot about Pacquiao's improvements because it's easier to oversimplify. It happens time and time again.
???
Pacquiao hasn't ever changed much really... small improvements and patience...
Pacquiao's prime was 2009 - early 2010.
Now he is getting old and it shows
and Marquez does have his number
What double standard?
Bradley didn't beat him. Pacquiao beat Bradley. But Pacquiao looked not like his past self...
In 2009-2011 it would have been questionable whether Khan is faster than Pacquiao..now 2012 it's clear who is faster AND has better stamina. tonnes of evidence of Pac's age/decline

You got it wrong homey. Marquez styles will always give Pac a problem like in Marquez 1 & 2 but Pac is always the greater. Pac will run through Marquez resume but I doubt he can beat Cotto, Mosley, Clottey and Margarito.
And please don't talk about Bradley who almost crippled by Pac, broke his 2 legs and put him in a wheelchair.
