in sweden boxing is very small, plenty of ppl dont know a single active fighter. floyd is by far the most well known fighter though, met plenty of ppl who have only heard of him amongst active fighters. the klits are waaaay less known, and this is a racist ass country.
You must have him confused with his little bro. He backs up to create space... this doesn't mean the pummeling has commenced as Vitali throws punches while he backs up.. You want to give me an instance when his shoulder was out of it's socket & he was having trouble fending off a featherfister? You're better than that.. JABS. He backed up against Sanders to gather himself & reestablish distance... against swarmers like Areolla & Chisora he backed up because he knew they were going to come straight into his punches like amateurs.... no reason to go toe to toe at that stage of his career on unsteady knees when he can get the same desired result baiting them in.
A young Vitali would've blasted Areolla & Chisora away as there would NOT be any potential injuries involved in his mindset.. he adjusted just like MJ did in his second threepeat & the beatdowns & results were still intact... that's a mark of greatness... excuse me that you find the most dominating knockout specialist in heavyweight history boring because he makes it look too damn easy..
definitely That's Vitali's bad.. he has to make his fights more competitive so as not to appear to the uninformed boxing layman (that's you btw) to be snooze worthy... you must have forgotten that Vitali pre retirement was involved in the two most bloodthirsty exchanges of the past 10 years vs Lewis & then Sanders... anyone who thought those fights were boring or that the outcome was a foregone conclusion must've been smoking some serious haterettes.
I remember Vitali running all the way across the ring to avoid sanders, literally sprinting. LOL
I can assure you most Europeans don't know who Floyd is, except maybe the Brits.
If they don't know who Mayweather is they are not boxing fans and their opinion on boxing matters are worthless.
lol @ the poll. if you think the klitschkos arent the two best HWs ever that means you gotta hate them? lol.. thats what you call a crazy nuthugger right there.
to answer the question they obviously arent the two best HWs ever, neither one has the resume to even be in the discussion. they have been dominant but considering that they fought in the by far worst HW era ever its not enough.
the poll options should be "yes, i love ukrainian nuts" and "no, i have a brain".
Vitali Klitschko goes punch for punch.. he doesn't need to go toe to toe when he's beating you to the punch every time. Vitali Klitschko throws punches to thwart you off... if you can't handle the volume.. it's his opposition that is failing to go toe to toe... You got guys coming at him & he's allowing them to be the aggressor in Chisora & Areolla because it's easier for him to pick them off.. if anything it's them that are supposed to be landing & throwing more.. yet Vitali dominates the action whether he's aggressing or degressing.... tell me how many fighters in the history of boxing can do this... not too many.. esp. fighting off the back foot.. Most who have done this were strictly doing it for dfensive purposes... Vitali plays offense & defense at the same exact time which is pretty damn unheard of for a big guy.
Offense and defense at the same time? Vitaly stands toe to toe? Lmao!!! See the Byrd fight for proof he doesn't. When somone goes on the offensive he runs and hugs. Effective? Sure. Exciting? Not really. And all that with huge advantages in size. B-O-R-I-N-G!!
I can assure you most Europeans don't know who Floyd is, except maybe the Brits.
I can assure you most, if not all, of latin America/Asia dont know who the HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPS are....(remember, this tag use to be the most prestigous in all of sports)
Yes, outside of Estern Europeans....im pretty sure most people would watch Floyd fight than the Klits...in my honest opinion
I can assure you most Europeans don't know who Floyd is, except maybe the Brits.
How bout you change that to Floyd, Ward or Hopkins and go around the world and ask that. Apart from Britain with Floyd, you'll be surprised I bet.
We all know Pac is much more exciting than most of the boxers out there. Including Floyd!
Funny since you're one of the people who accuses me of being Pro-Mexican.

The Top 5 Heavyweights can never be jumped.
Muhammad Ali (Best Resume ever)
Joe Louis (Dominated for over a decade 25 defenses)
Lennox Lewis (strong era, undisputed, beat everyone)
Rocky Marciano (Undefeated, KO King)
George Foreman (Oldest champion, 68 career KOs)
vitali has the worst resume of all Heavyweight champions. It is garbage top to bottom. No chance.
Wlad's is only slightly better with wins over Chris Byrd and David Haye. Good fighters, but far from greats.
They knock the **** out of most of their opponents don't they? I mean Tyson did it to bums and people got all excited over that.
Are you honestly trying to tell me that their is a massive difference between the Klits comp and Tysons comp...... they both knocked out bums...only difference is Tyson never had a height and weight advantage over his opponents....
Furthermore, the klits have a better ko ratio than pac man.....i know, as well as most non biased fans know who they would rather watch.....
I don't think there the greatest but it's certainly debatable, like c'mon they would murder jack Dempsey....joe Louis is personally a big shout for greatest also I think Lennox Lewis is a match for any fighter

Tyson did it with a ferocity seldom seen and was usually at a size disadvantage. The Klits have huge advantages in size and skill, and will not go toe to toe with another fighter...especially Wlad. :dunno:
Put an American/Brit flag and then color them black and then put them in black and white film............you will get a much different poll result.
Like I've been saying, watch how when the Klits retire they're going to call the first American/Brit guy an ATG and making up fantasy fights about him after winning two belts or so.
It's hilarious they call someone like Wlad/Vitali boring but yet they turn around and like Floyd/Hopkins/Ward and others "exciting".
They're not all that exciting either, but they're much more skilled and well rounded.
