LAS VEGAS – Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s request to change his prison ***** name was denied by a Las Vegas judge on Wednesday. When Mayweather began his three-month sentence on June 1, he was assigned the nickname “Needle Dick” by a Clark County prison ***** name generator. An emergency motion was filed by Mayweather’s attorney on Monday asking the court to officially change his prison ***** name. The motion claimed the nickname was causing irreparable harm to his image, emotional and mental state. The judge says Mayweather’s complaints are unfounded and offered to personally change his ***** name to “Honey Hole.” The offer was rejected by Mayweather’s attorney. Mayweather is already cracking just two weeks into his jail sentence. Shortly after defeating Miguel Cotto on May 5, a brash Mayweather scoffed at the seriousness of his impending incarceration. “Can’t nothing break Floyd Mayweather. Whatever hand is dealt to you in life, you’ve got to deal with that hand,” said Mayweather. “That’s called being a real man.” A second and separate request made by Mayweather’s attorney was also denied. In a written statement, the judge rejected Mayweather’s insistence that he needs conjugal visits during his three-month jail sentence. “There is no need for Mr. Mayweather to receive conjugal visits from his partner 50 Cent,” the statement read. “This is jail, there are plenty of inmates ready and willing to bang the cobwebs out of Mr. Mayweather.”
