judge monroe.... Nah, it doesn't sound like Munroe and there's no active judge with this name in the world right now that boxrec notes at all so there's definitely no Monroe judging fights in Asia. Little tip, the announcer read full name(name and surname) of previous two judges, so probably he also reads full name of the 3-rd judge. I suspect it's some Asian name, Japanese or Chinese, Man Tao or something?
