I'm still down for Salido/JuanMa 2
Agree....again on SHOWTIME. Often, you don't need overhyped PPV to have an exciting fight.
Showtime does great job with solid fights.
- Castillo vs Corrales
- Marquez vs Vasquez trilogy....It's not boxing....It's SHOWtime boxing....
Things are looking up
Arce vs Rojas 2
Maidana vs Thurman
Martinez vs Chavez Jr
Ortiz vs Lopez
Ortiz vs Canelo
Roman Martinez vs Beltran
Matthysse vs Soto
Guys like Seth Mitchell, Brandon Rios, Giovani Segura coming off injuries
Maybe Froch vs Pavlik.
Those two match ups could potentially steal the title of FOTY.
Salido vs Lopez 2!!! By far, but we're only half way into the year. Hasn't been a great year for boxing... I was really disappointed with the way Arce vs Rojas turned out, but I could see Soto vs Lucas & Ortiz vs Canelo as good candidates.

Salido Lopez was a banger, back and forth.
Alvarado and Herrara was again a banger, with lots of punches.
Floyd Cotto was pretty damn good.
Kessler and Green is underrated.
i'll guess that the BWAA would give the nod to these two. that's kind of how they roll.
they dont have the guts to nominate a fight that the average boxing fan has not seen
