Im over the fact that Manny and Top Rank want no part of Mayweather. But hearing from Ariza that Manny wants to fight Marquez for a 4th time, and "then" Bradley really pissed me off!!!
Sure HBO's 24/7 can help sell any PPV. But Manny's match making is becoming a joke. I'm not willing to pay for either of those matches and Im sure a lot of fans arn't willing to either.
So what match would you (the fans) like to see that would be worth your $$$?
Pac has probably 2 fights left with Top Rank but i'd rather see him retire at the end of the year.
Judah is a good candidate, he KO'ed Paris but he needs one more good win to earn a shot at Pac.
Berto, even with is steroid use, his still a good opponent for Pac. He fought back against Ortiz after the knockdown and manage to do it to Ortiz also. Then he beat a top 10 ww.
I was really interested in Pac fighting Paul Williams back then.
My choice would be Sergio Martinez at 154, no catch weight. If Pac wins and i mean IF, it would be a great win for him.
Here's the problem:
70% of the guys in your list are promoted by Golden Boy. Arum wants nothing to do with Golden Boy because Golden Boy has owned him time and time again.(PPV sales wise)
Forget about that. He'll continue fighting Top Rank scrubs.
You are probably 100% right. But that why the question is "who would you pay to see Pacquiao fight?", not "who will Bob Arum match him up with?".
The problem is Manny Pacquiao doesnt take control of his own career. Bob Arum can suggest rematches with Bradley and Marquez all day, but that doesnt mean Manny has to sign on the dotted line. Manny is a huge star, he has the final say. the problem is he has no desire to push himself in the sport of boxing anymore.

I will only pay for a Cotto@154 or Mayweather at whatever weight, 47 or 54.
If Ortiz wasn't such a mental midget, that too would be a pretty awesome fight to watch.
i would buy any except a rematch with bradley...and judah. judah doesn't interest me at this point. oh and marquez. anything over a trilogy is too much for me.
I'd give Manny Pacquiao all the props in the world if he called out strong young guys like Ortiz, Canelo, or Berto.
The problem is Manny never speaks for himself. He's always happy answering with "Its up to my promoter Bob Arum". And as long as Manny keeps saying that we'll keep getting Top Rank vs Top Rank fights from Manny, which I AM NOT paying for.
Pretty much this.
Personally I'm not interested in a 4th Marquez fight or Bradley 2. Rios would get killed. They made it sound like Cotto 2 would be at a catch weight.
Just ewwww
If Manny comes back soon, to have me pay for a fight; it would have to be a bigger guy with some power.
All the respect to Pacquiao and Bradley. But this fight was no ppv fight in the first place. Legitimately the only risk for Pacquiao was being out boxed in the ring; which happened with Marquez. These days though Pacquiaos popularity won his last fight, and if nobody believed it; Pacquiao sure did.
I would like to his him take a real risk in the ring, physically and mentally. It be Canelo, Ortiz, Berto, or maybe the long chance of Manny going up to 154; actually and fight Martinez.
