Dan Rafael
Tim Bradley SD Manny Pacquiao (?): I like that Bradley is five years younger, fresher, in his prime (Pacquiao isn't), skilled, undefeated against quality opposition and has similar speed to Pacquiao (a factor Pacquiao hasn't faced in ages). But what I love are Bradley's intangibles. He's so focused and desperately hungry to win the biggest fight of his life. Pacquiao? This isn't his fifth-biggest fight. Maybe not his 10th-biggest. The level of intensity goes to Bradley. It could be the difference in a tight decision win."
Tim Smith
Tim Bradley TKO 11 Manny Pacquiao: I'm going to take Tim Bradley in an 11th-round TKO. I just think that Manny Pacquiao is distracted. I think that therre are a lot of distractions for him. More than in the past.
I think that the past distractions are really bothering him and mean much more to him because these are not positive distractions. In the past, he's sort of controlled his distractions. In the past, Manny has used them as sort of a way to keep his mind off of things.
But these are things that go to the core of who he is. People who have made these big life changes, such as this religious conversion, it sort of takes a while for things to take hold in your life. I just think that he may be a better person, but I think that it's going to make him worse as a boxer.
Shane Mosley
Tim Bradley W 12 Manny Pacquiao: I've been thinking Tim Bradley. But I really don't know. I don't really want to go against Manny Pacquiao, because he has that funny kind of punching power that you don't know about.
That's the factor that you have to watch out for. If Tim can take Manny's punches, then I'll lean more toward Tim. But if he can't, then, obviously, Manny's going to get the victory.
But I know that Tim is very determined and he's younger and he's stronger. He may not hit as hart, but I think that he's physically stronger, and that it's going to be a very tough fight for Manny any which way.
If I had to pick one, then I would probably pick Timothy Bradley and I think that I would say that he wins on points. It's kind of like when I fought Oscar De La Hoya for the first time.
Tim Bradley has that look in his eyes like "you're not going to beat me." That's the way that I felt when I fought Oscar the first time, like, "you're not going to beat me this fight. I don't care, you not going to beat me this fight."
That seems like it's the kind of attitude Tim has going into the ring. Pacquiao has a different attitude. He's religious, which is great, and I love the Lord and God and everything.
But his sparring sessions have not been as good, and he's looking a little older and he doesn't seem as hungry as he used to. Bradley looks very hungry. But Manny has deceiving punching power.
There's no weight behind the shots, not like he necessarily hits hard, but it's like, "pop!" and then you're stunned. It's like, "he didn't hit me that hard." I got stunned. So, that's a factor.
But being that Timothy is so hungry, if he can get out of the first three or four rounds unscathed, then I think that Timothy's going to be over to possibly overwhelm him.
