not being the best welter of all time dont mean he isnt one of the best of all time p4p. since only a small percentage of his career happened at welterweight. i think people forget floyd career at 130 135 140. while hes not the greatest welter he is the best superfeather of all time. anyone considered ATG can make a case. but it will always boil down to opinion.
