i go to the VADA website and the closest they have their branch is somewhere in canada (maybe i was'nt researchin enough)...all i ask are links proving claims.... the only thing we have so far closest to the real thing is that VADA has been effective and USADA not...that's easily verifiable.... Why would they need to submit testing to each other? When WADA oversees the testing in the world. You have to be accepted by VADA to be tested by them, all you need is money to be tested by USADA.
