Ward has pretty much cleaned out the division

Ward is the number 1 fighter. And yet, Froch still has a better resume. thats fine, he deserves it. hes an older fighter, and hes been in the division longer. no1 should dispute that at all. frochs resume is excellent.

unless bute,dirrell makes a comeback against other top fighters i see no reason for ward to fight these two it's a waste of time and nothing more than a money fight. I agree but we've seen guys rematch fighters they dominated and even knocked out so I wouldn't be shocked if Ward cashed in on the rematches.

No he's not, because he is probably fighting Dawson. Much better risk for him. All Ward has left is Andre Dirrell, who doesn't deserve the fight, so yeah, he will probably end up fighting a rematch against Kessler or Froch after Dawson. Ward could've made a lot of money going to Canada and beating Bute.

Ward didn't fight Bootay because he didnt believe Bootay deserved that shot after fighting bums while the real contenders at 168 participated in the tournament. Turns out he was right. Bootay is probably below Kessler and Dirrell at 168.

Ward said in an interview after the Mayweather fight he was rooting for Bute so they can make that fight down the line. I'm sure he would have preferred to be the one to expose the hype job.

But let Froch has his moment, everybody knows Ward is #1 in the Division, only PRIDEFUL BUTE FANS thought he was "BETTER THEN WARD" despite not facing as tough of the competition as Ward But Froch was excellent today, looked faster, wasn't wild, was very patient and accurate with his punches, excellent win for him!
