Why doesnt Top Rank/Manny Pacquiao require VADA testing for their fights?

To all the floydiots here having an acute amnesia. Have you been saying for ages "all Pac needs to do is to agree to Floyd OST" to prove his innocent. Pac already agreed to the test to prove his innocent but your gay self preservation boy instead agreed to gay marriage. LMAO! This is his chance to prove Pac is on PED so what he is waiting for? Still can't find his balls or have already been removed because he is going to marry 50 cents? I feel bad for Elerbe though.

I saw an interview on another website and she understands about fighter safety... we also know that Peterson wasn't caught by the Washington DC testing people for his Amir Khan fight when by his own admission he got the pellets prior to that fight. The simple answer is that Manny won't get caught if VADA so why ask for the testing? But... to be fair he won't b*tch if the other guy is roided up too, he'll fight them anyway. The reason he wasn't caught by the Washington Commission was because their test didn't inclus specifically sythetic tstosterone, and he was well below the maximum level allowed anyway. By the time of the first fight, the mediscation had hardly began to work. It was time -released very slowly

With the news of guys like Peterson and Berto testing dirty for their upcoming fights, it seems as though this random VADA testing is something that should be done for every major/championship fight. What amazes me to some degree is that a boxing star of the caliber of Manny Pacquiao has not mandated that his opponents take random VADA testing for his fights. Why would a guy like Manny or Top Rank take the risk of him losing to a guy who is possibly on PED's? It just doesnt make sense. Didn't VADA offer to do free random testing for the upcoming Pacquiao/Bradley fight? Everything around Top Rank and Manny Pacquiao just seems so fishy now a days. Think about when Mosley came from a lower weight class and beat De La Hoya 2x and ran through his opponents for a while. Then years later we find out he was on PED's. The NSAC testing is a joke. Top Rank needs to step their game up. Mosley had been killing himself to make 135 for years and decided to go straight to 147, missing 140. And regardless of his weight he was good enough to beat anybody. I think he had 8-10 lightweight defences winning all or most by KO . He was very good, a killer. Hes never been the same after losing to Vernpn Forrest. The KD's affected him more than the loss itself I think.

Regardless of whatever is going on in the mega fight discussion, it would be a good look for boxing and Pacquiao to have already gone through some kind of anti-doping regimen. And he would make Floyd look stupid. If you're battling this much for position in negotiations it baffles me as to why they haven't done it. Your not the Lone Ranger , its extremely suspicious if you ask me , it really look like Pac has been on PEDS because taking his own OST would have squashed all the PED talk like a bug , Pac looks guilty by his own actions from the first time he was asked to be tested !

It was posted in the forum that they will do it for free ,,, you not trying to say the cost of testing is stopping Manny from taking tests are you ? Amongst all the accusations and suing Floyd etc you would think it would be very smart for Manny to take tests of his own free will in his last few fights and it would put it all to rest .
