i dont think khan will fight mayweather, and if he does, its Goodbye Khan
You really dont?
REALLY?
IF Khan beats Garcia/Alexander it's 100000000000% guarenteed.
:D come on, i dont want to sound like a **** who thinks he knows it all but that fight it blatantly obviously Goldenboys main aim with Khan.
Wether he deserves it or not, fact of the matter is Khan has a huge following, and by following i include his haters, which make up 90% of his following :D.
Seriously, he probably has more haters in the UK than he does fans. But who cares? Looking at it from a promoters point of view, those haters will still buy the fight just to see him get his ass whooped!
Not to mention his 1m+ followers on twitter.
Yeah that might sound ridiculous that im using twitter of all things to justify why a fight with Mayweather will happen, but that just shows Khan's fame.
He's a huge name, and the fight between him and Mayweather would seel HUGE numbers.
It's a obvious fight that will get made.
IF he get's past Garcia and a top 3 147 fighter.
Well we shall see.
If he beats Garcia im sure Goldenboy will put him in with Alexander or Timothy, and if he can beat Garcia and either of those two it's Hello Mayweather.
Can I have tonights euro millions numbers please. :lol1:
I kid.
Well we shall see.
If he beats Garcia im sure Goldenboy will put him in with Alexander or Timothy, and if he can beat Garcia and either of those two it's Hello Mayweather.

khan is not going to get his payday with mayweather. first he has to move up to 147 and fight a top 3 guy there, and the chances of him winning against any top 3 welter, is not that high...
khan just isnt that good. I was a fan of his before he started opening his crybaby excuse filled mouth, and I wanted him to be one of the best, but even as a fan of his, I knew he would never make it to that level. some guys just cant...
Well we shall see.

You're right, there has but things change. In the last few years I'd say Ortiz has progressed and at 147 he looks good. We have yet to see Khan at 147 but his pop isn't that great so I'd imagine he wouldn't get much stronger, and if he did what happens to his greatest asset, his speed. Lets not forget also that while Ortiz has progressed, it is Khan that has been regressing.
I admire Khan for the guys he wants to fight but I think Ortiz is a guy that he wouldn't want to fight and I think he's a guy he shouldn't. I just don't think he's that good. He can be a good fighter at 147 but I don't see him being a top 3 fighter in that division, ever. So many things he does sloppy and strictly relies on his athletic ability to bail him out.
What has his pop got to do with it?
Your saying he has to have a bigger pop to be able to mix it at 147?
And we shall see. If there's ever a fight im 100% convinced will happen it's Khan - Ortiz. It already has a backstory to it with Khan defeating him in the amateurs. HBO will make Ortiz seem like he hates Khan in the 24/7 because of the amateur defeat and they'll base the hatred between the two on that.
The backstory is already set. Only thing were waiting for now is Khan - Mayweather.
After that, it's the next big fight for Khan.
there is a video on youtube , a guy who was part of the USA team said he quit, also robert garcia said he quit, so its a verifed FACT! :bottle:
i personally would not to see video or audio evidence of ortiz quitting. if someone told me he did, i would fully believe them.
thing is, now that their both men and not boys, ortiz is stronger in every facet of strength than khan, by far. khan has his speed, yes. will he have it at 147? maybe, maybe not. if they fight, ortiz would be a heavy favorite, and for good reason, cause he will maul him!
Trust me, that fight will definitely happen.
The thing is, Ortiz has already had his asswhoopin from Mayweather but Khan hasn't.
Khan wants his payday against Mayweather first, then when he loses which he will be expected to anyway, a fight with Ortiz is still a very attractive fight for the fans.
That's the way Goldenboy will look at it.
Putting him in now with Ortiz is a risk not worth taking for Goldenboy for now. After(if he beats Garcia and Alexander) Mayweather, that fight will defintely happen.

lucky punch.
my point is ortiz doesnt like gettin hit, and once khan is running off combination after combination off his head, he will get on his bike like he did against campbell, peterson, and even parts of the berto fight.
pot callin the kettle black, eh?
yea it was a lucky punch, a lucky punch that would not have landed with such force on any elite fighter, from breidis prescott. why didnt khan rematch him? not a draw? not enough money? no point to? riiiight. whatever khan did to make his fans think he is this monster world class elite fighter definitely worked, but most of us like to look at who he actually is, not who he says he is...
exactly, khan made him quit with head gear on, imagine what he would do to him with out it :lol1:
he mad him quit? do you know how the amateurs point system work?
you think the judges would stop a pro fight between Ortiz and Khan in round two because Khan is ahead on points :dunce:
the fact that this even needs to be said, just shows lack of confidence in khan. at 147, who knows what khans power will be, his power is not tremendous now, but we all know what power ortiz has. khan will never fight him, and if he does, ortiz walks through him. sorry...
You really believe this? Seriously?
That fight will 100% happen.
We're really going down that route? There's been countless amount of example where one fighter one in the AM's to a guy and then lost in the pros to them. Khans style was perfect for AM boxing. Ortiz is a beast at 147. I don't even like him but the way he filled out into the division I see him being a really good fighter there. Khan should really stay at 140.
An there's also been some where a guy has beaten someone in the amateurs and then has gone on to beat them in the pro's.
Why should he stay at 140? Love him or hate him, he wants to fight the best out there theres no denying that. The big dogs are at 147, we'll soon see if he can handle himself against them.
Ortiz ran from nate campbell
terrific! ortiz is a punk with no heart. whats your point? He also quit against maidana, and he got dissected against mayweather. he is not an elite, and whether or not he will become one is questionable at best.
with that said, he eats khan for breakfast, and still has room for a mid afternoon snack
khan get KOd by breidis prescott :lol1::lol1::lol1:
what point are you trying to run with here lol?
What ten years ago in the amateurs? You think that counts for anything? Craig Watson dropped Khan in the amateurs. You think he could do it now? Of course not.
thats funny, cuz only the other day you were going on about saunders schooling khan in sparring, lol, even though khan beat him in the ams aswell.
Find the quote where I mentioned Saunders schooling Khan. Never mentioned it.

What? The hell are you talking about?
He was replying to someone who claimed he couldn't ever see ''Khan beating Ortiz, ever''
Well, fact of the matter is, i know amateurs dont really count for **** but Khan has already beaten Ortiz in the past, so saying that was a bit retarded.
Also you really can't work out what vcvc was saying? Was it that hard to work out?
The Khan Ortiz fight will definitely happen. Of that im sure.
Goldenboy dont need it to happen yet though and that's why it wont.
If Khan can beat Garcia he'll have one fight against probably Alexander/Bradley and if he beats either of them he gets Mayweather.
After he loses to Mayweather, the Ortiz fight is still a big attraction, and will happen then.
In my opinion.
exactly, khan made him quit with head gear on, imagine what he would do to him with out it :lol1:
LMAO you dont honestly think ortiz in the amateurs is the same ortiz now? I thought it was a pretty known fact that khan was a much better amateur than he is pro. is that not the case? cause it seems that way to me...
the fact that this even needs to be said, just shows lack of confidence in khan. at 147, who knows what khans power will be, his power is not tremendous now, but we all know what power ortiz has. khan will never fight him, and if he does, ortiz walks through him. sorry...
Except when he dominated him in the amateurs?

Oh and chunky really beat ugly ginger kid.
