Perhaps it's best to use layered testing by multiple testing by USDA, VADA etc. All at same time. Like for PC security, these days you can't expect one product to catch all the viruses, malware, spyware etc.

Whose regulating the TOP DOGS? NO ONE. Who's regulating the TOP DOGS? and who is going to regulating that TOP DOG? and who is regulating that TOP DOG... lol at Using USADA (WADA) the #1 testers for countless years now, that also do testing for the Olympics and other events not being good enough. Mayweather did exactly what he was supposed to do 2/3 years go, which was go find what was considered the best and respected testers in the world at the time (And still are) and use them.
