everyone gets affected by their parents in both positive and negative ways, obviously being raised by a gay couple would have some effects. but theres nothing wrong with being gay, the main negative effects would be from societys views on your family. ignorant and narrow minded people, they are the ones who are wrong though not the gays. there are lots of terrible parents out there, why do they have more of a right raising a child than a two good parents who just happen to be the same sex? i cant say i was raised by gays but i am the product of an interracial couple, something i wouldnt change despite the fact that alot of ppl to this day are against it. i came across a lot of racism bcuz of it but all in all it made me a stronger person, because of that im also never prejudice against anyone. being raised by gay ppl im sure would have the same effect on someone. you just have to take the good with the bad, with all the ppl who never should have had kids fvcking up their offspring i dont think you can object against a devoted couple having kids just bcuz they are gay. But do they think about what affects this "can has will and does" have on any children involved, directly or indirectly!! :no: You say your not homosexual, but what if you would have been raised by 2 homosexual men or women? In fairness, Marriage is a religious ceremony. If you are not married in a church/mosque or whatever your religion happens to be and you get married by the state it's actually a "civil" partnership that's the right gay's alright have. Don't try and change the Religious beliefs of a country or any other religion. Marriage is an ancient ceremony between a man and woman, simple. They have their civil partnership that should be all.
