I actually only thought about that now..... And it looks like he does not have one, just trains the good old old school way. If he really doesn't then I'd be very impressed, coz he is one of the top 2 most conditioned athletes in the sport. It would show how knowledgable he and roger are not only about the skills of boxing but the fitness and conditioning too.
Leanord ellerbe .
He has sex with him then says he got more strength and conditioning from ellerbe

Was Ellerbe trying out this stretch at the time?
I think his body guards who look like steroid freaks give him some roids and a masking agent. Just my beliefs Testosterone drops in your 30's Floyd has more muscles now than when he was 25 to 28 your peak level of musle building. If your less than 40 don't respond cause you don't know what your talking about unless your body has went from your musle days in your 20's to your late 30's when your body becomes softer.
Youre dumb as a brick. Everyone weights more in their 30s than in their 20s. Muscle mass peaks at late 30s. Just because you got fat in your 30s doesnt mean a pro athlete will.

Ellerbe started as his conditioning coach but evolved into CEO of Mayweather promotions.
Floyd doesnt really need a conditioning coach as far as someone telling him every little thing to do and how many times to do it. But it does free up the boxing coach from having to track the mundane things.
There are guys like Floyd that are born athletes, I'm sure he doesn't need one. On top of that his family was involved in boxing, he has the genes and probably has been doing roadwork since he was in 3rd grade.
Here we go with the Gay, ellerbe, Mayweather and sex stuff....lol
you gotta admit that the jokes can be funny
and ellerbe's level of commitment to floyd, even though it might be a good thing and even essential, mirrors a significant other.
he's certainly the chieftain of all flomos
Most coaches that arent there to actually teach you something are "yes men/motivators"
I'm sure Floyd had a conditioning coach for a camp or two or three, learned what he needed and got rid off him. What the point of keeping one around?
Leanord ellerbe .

He's definitely getting those hot protein shots from ellerbie
Robinson, Ali and Leonard didn't have a conditioning coach and they had better conditioning than any current fighter.
Luis Sarria was Ali's conditioning coach, not sure about Robinson or Leonard.
Conditioning coaches are overrated. Plenty of fighters know how to condition themselves to go 12 or 15 rounds hard.
That is a lie
Robinson, Ali and Leonard didn't have a conditioning coach and they had better conditioning than any current fighter. Not to mention 100+ other great fighters.
You're right and you owned that kid. Strength and conditioning coaches are a joke. I'm old school, read books fundamentals find what works for you. S&C coaches try to reinvent the wheel with over rated crap fad exercises. Using Marquez as a guide Ariza did absolutely dick with pac in 8 years.
Yes Leonard Ellerbe is his Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Leonard Ellerbe use to also be the S&C coach of Hassim Rahman.
Ellerbe got many roles in the money team.... Thought he was just an advisor/ business man
